Narrator's accent difficult to follow

In general, there's not much here. The narrator's accent and pronunciation of English words is not clear. The pronunciation is more slanted towards British English than American English. Plus the syllable stress does not match American English so simply listening to the e-book is insufficient; one needs to follow along with the printed material to stay on track. The long lists of words gets monotonous. It is subtitled as a "comprehensive guide" but fails to meet this basic mark.

Not an audio book

Not an audiobook because you can't just listen and practice, you need to refer to other sources: no keys(correct answers) after exercises, first you hear Polish word and after goes translation which is very inconvenient etc

I love it

This book is brief, sweet, and to the point. The ability of French sharpening isn't something you may absolutely examine from a book. What you want is something to get you began. The relaxation comes with exercise. This book is fabulous and easy to follow.

This is wonderful

The Polish Language Learning I have been trying to learn Polish for 2 years, but the grammatical This book only gives real-world useful examples but also gives the listener ways to practice. Unlike a lot of sources, this book actually gives you things you can use immediately. I can recommend this book enough! Awesome source for learning this extremely complex language.

Extremely great

I find this book extremely helpful and easy to follow. I had tried to "relearn" the Polish I heard growing up using Rosetta Stone and found it just did not work for me. I enrolled in a Polish class taught by a native Polish teacher. The audible we use for that class is completely in Polish so the translation of directions is necessary and done in class. I bought this book for use over the summer to reinforce what I had learned in class. This book can be used easily since it is bilingual. It is detailed in the sounds of letters in the Polish alphabet, accompanied by the audio

Excellent work

The only challenge someone might have with this work is that it doesn’t cover much pronunciation so I would listening about Polish phonetics before or use something like (search it online).

Almost pointless without audio

As a communication instructor and avid listen of foreign languages, I am taken aback by the glaring lack of any audio supplement or - at the very least - phonetic information in this work.

Would be acceptable on Kindle only if it was free

Do not be fooled by the word-count. The "actions" on pronouns, for example, consist of a list of English pronouns where you are asked to guess the Polish equivalent. Then you are asked to try again, with an ineffective list of the English pronouns given again, and then again.

Great source for beginners

I have been trying to listen to Polish for 2 years, but the accepted stuff with verb tenses has been killing me. This work not only gives real-world useful examples but also gives the listening ways to practice. Unlike a lot of experts, this work gives you something you can use immediately.

Decent audible for beginners

Overall, I believe that this work is decent for novices, as it provides most of what beginners will need from the start. Yet, I do think that it could use fussier editing, formatting, and more detailed descriptions.

Not the best technique

This is done in a very old fashioned listen and repeat format, which personally I don't find works. listening to hundred of words and trying to memorize them all is almost impossible. Same with sentences. Learning a new language is best done by building up a knowledge of the language slowly and understanding how to construct sentences in different situations. Numbers, days and months are ok because they just have to to taught like that, listen and repeat and memorize but to try and memorize hundreds of different nouns, verbs and adjectives is impossible, especially with Polish as the words change so often depending on the situation. Sorry, I really wanted this to work but it's not for me.

A good place to start your Polish

This work is an easy read and is well organized into four chapters. You will begin your journey with the basics of the language, after which, you will receive an entry to Polish grammar, conversational phrases, and finally, a quite large vocabulary list.
