Feeling overwhelmed and stressed with parenting?

You are not alone!

As mothers, our to-do lists are miles long. No matter how many things we accomplish, it always feel like it's never enough. Sometimes we feel like we are on autopilot trying to get our children to school, making sure they are fed, bringing them to after-school activities, and more. On top of that, we also have to make sure our children maintain their hygiene, eat enough greens, have age-appropriate development, and conduct themselves appropriately in public. No wonder many parents feel exhausted and stressed all the time.

In Positive Parenting Affirmations for Black Women, Tasha Sims takes away the daily negative thinking and presents you with positive, empowering words to replace your old habits. All Around Lovely Book!!!

How this book should be read by anyone with children, let alone the ladies of color that have been exposed to harsh experiences, and are taking every step toward their own self empowerment and development. I know that struggle doesn't have a color, but that can be merely a general statement depending on the person and their specific life story. As we all have our own unique generational curses and stigmas to deal with even in todays society. I believe this book will help shed some of those un wanted and no longer needed self debilitating habits that plaque most Black women and leak over into the way they approach motherhood!!! Thank you to the author for such a great book.!!! Highly recommended
