Improves your living

This course has given me tools for living with major depression disorder and anxiety. I can't know if it would be right for you, but it could be and I recommend trying it.

A way to be more happy

Mindfulness is a way to be more happy, the cientific formation of the instructor takes away esoteric view of these practice and adapt to the actual way of western life. Very recommended.

Good for all Beginners

I believe this course is good for beginners and people that want to have a refresh on meditation. I learnt something from it but I probably finished it in too much time. Maybe it's better to stay focus and build momento.
