Positive Thinking Meditation

This book is essentially an assortment of moving bits for every day of the year. They are not excessively strict, however they are without a doubt motivating and provocative. I've been purchasing and giving this little book to customers for over years and they love it. The tone of the positive reasoning encourages them set themselves up rationally for the difficulties ahead every day.

This book listened to with Satisfactory

Fantastic book. The best in this area. It cuts all the self-improvement shallow bullshit and goes deep to the bone. I could not have enough of this book and the ideas there. I've continued to explore several of the ideas discussed in this book. Highly recommended!

This is a helpful audio book about Positive Thinking .The author gives lot of tips in this audio book. To know about Positive Thinking a man must be listen this audio book. This audio book is very helpful for all. This audiobook gives a clear look at the gift of meditation. I've found the book really has been of tremendous benefit also in my personal life. I find myself in a challenging situation and take much of what I learned from the book to resolve the situation positively and to work through a potentially negative situation. I displayed a side of myself I didn't really know and was rather awestruck by the positive results.

I love how positive the messages here

Wow, I absolutely loved this audiobook! It is so full of useful information. I am always trying to grow and better myself and this book definitely helped me with that goal. I enjoy the affirmations here a lot. I often have negative thoughts sneak in after listening to office gossip, sitting in traffic, running late-but it's nice to drop all that as an excuse to think more positively. I love how positive the messages here are and how good they feel for the soul. It's such a refreshing listen that I listened multiple times. Would like to think like this on my own.

This book is a good exploration of more useful

This audiobook takes positive thinking to a new level. A picture is worth a thousand words. So results are a fast track. And it opened my eyes to accepting that we all experience both highs and lows when it comes to mood, motivation and drive and that we don’t have to eliminate negativity to be happy, productive and successful. I feel a sense of relief after learning some of the lessons within. Highly recommended.

The narration of the book is fully like its name

The book intends to illustrate the different philosophies of life that have led to a variety of approaches that one could take when the going gets tough. Understanding the backwards law has really helped me learn to let go of the instinct to struggle against uncomfortable emotions, and in doing that I have learned that the struggle is actually what perpetuates the suffering. Giving up the struggle lends room to insight and clarity.

Changed my way of thinking

Lots of useful tips on self improvement. This book was very practical, there are tips in here that you can actually implement right away. I found the characteristics of high successful people to be very useful. This book has changed my way of thinking and has helped me in so many positive ways. It’s an easy listen and gets straight to the point in how to live a more positive life.

Helpful

Honestly, it highlighted a lot of things that I already knew. It also made me think a little bit more about everything. I have depression and anxiety, and I know it’s tough to be with someone that suffers from those. I feel like it also tells a little more of the story for those that don’t completely understand what it’s like to be inside the head of those who do suffer from mental illness.

While it is normal to worry about issues

While it is normal to worry about issues such as divorce and financial problems, when these thoughts become too intrusive and unrelenting, they may wreak havoc not only on your personal life but also on your career and professional relationships. I myself suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, heart palpitations, and constant worrying. This book has helped me overcome it all. I've listen several audiobooks on positive thinking, but nothing has impacted me as this one has. I have a bunch of tools in my toolkit now to help deal with my negative thinking and stress. I'm so grateful I found this book.
