Audio is too distracting

The audio was so choppy. The first word(s) of every sentence was cut off for me, and it was very hard to listen to. All of Randy Clarks stuff is great, so I'm sure the content is wonderful, but it was super hard to focus with this audio recording. It also seemed like each sentence was recorded individually without actually reading within the context of the book. This made each sentence sound like a headline from a news anchor, which is not how I read a book. It just needs to sound more natural.

Should Listen To Reviews on this Narration...

How could the performance have been better?

I love Randy Clark and really, really wanted to listen to this today. I had read other reviews on the narration of this book, and even listened to the preview. I took a chance and purchased it anyway. I shouldn't have. Not only is the narration HORRIBLE, but the audio and sound quality is also TERRIBLE!!! Widely disappointed in this performance, and I was aware of the bad reviews, but was also very motivated to work with a bad narrator (to a certain degree) because I so wanted this book on audio. I couldn't finish it or pay attention. It's just too distracting to try and take it in. I will definitely seek this out in a paper back. I really enjoy Randy Clark's voice, tempo and cadence...sure wish he had of done his own narration on this one.

Excellent but narration isn’t good

This is an outstanding book on the biblical principles underlying healing and practical ways to pray for healing. But the narration is so poor that the only way I could listen to it was to decide it was being read by a computer program. The emphasis on the words is all wrong. It actually was a real stumbler for me. But I highly recommend the book for its content.

Overall, a great book!

I loved the book. It would be encouraging for anyone seeking to grow in the gifts of healing. The narrator was very annoying. He Over Emphasized Everything.

terrible narrator

I just couldn't get past the second chapter. I sure the content is good but I just couldn't focus on what was being said. The narrator speaks every sentence as if he is doing an infomercial. It was too annoying to go any further. Please record this again with a different narrator.

Really Poor Narration!

Struggled to finish...actually couldn't listen to it any longer....the narrator was awful...sounds fake and phony...he should do commercials for Monster Truck Rallies..."on Sunday, Sunday Sunday!"...I was really excited to hear Dr. Randy Clark's book, but the Narrator ruined it for me...Dr. Clark should have vetted this guy before putting it out for listeners

Narrator is Terrible

I really wanted to listen to this book but I couldn't stand listening to the narration. Seeking it out in paperback instead.

AWESOME book, TERRIBLE narration

If you are a able, by the physical book to read it! this book has so much great information however, the person doing the narration is so dramatic, it is extremely distracting! I have ordered the physical book in addition to this audiobook because it is very difficult for me to listen to this audiobook with the way the narrator talks. He makes it seem as if you're listening to a movie opening, is way too dramatic, way too many pauses, and has a strange speaking voice. It is extremely distracting! If the author has a chance to read any of these reviews, please do not have this narrator narrate any more of your books 😊

Great Book, Terrible Audio

This is such a great book with amazing content, but unfortunately the reading of it is very hard to listen to. The book has been read like its a movie trailer which is very hard to listen to and take in. I would suggest that the book be re-recorde.
