Amazing Audiobook With Journal Prompts

This audiobook was a wonderful book to listen to that focuses on healing your inner child from past traumas that you might be holding onto. I really felt that I benefited tremendously from the prompts in the book and felt as if they really enhanced my meditation sessions by allowing me to go deeper into my counciousness. If you're looking for an audiobook in this type of niche, I'd highly recommend this one!

Great way to get in touch with your inner child

I appreciate that the author provided the PDF to go with this audiobook – even though I felt that it was soothing to hear the narrator read the material, it’s a bonus to also have the written word to refer back to. Many of the prompts may take more than a few minutes to complete, so plan to take as much time as you need. Some prompts may trigger intense feelings, so don’t feel bad if you need to skip prompts if they are too much for you now and circle back to them when you are ready. This journal would make a great accompaniment to therapy. It allows you to explore different aspects of your inner child and then you can process what surfaces with your therapist.

Great for recovery

This is a great book to follow having experienced past trauma, offering many methods of how you can deal with it so you can recover well and use the negative energy you once had and turn it into something positive. I recommend this book.

Helpful exercises

This book contains many useful exercises for anyone trying to cope with a traumatic past. It’s very hard to know how to pry out these traumas that are hidden deep on your own without being prompted. It was difficult at times and is best accompanied by the guidance of a trained professional but I felt it was a valuable step on my journey to healing.

Very Soothing and Peaceful Listen

This audiobook is great to listen. It's not only well-researched but it also has great solid and helpful advice on how to heal the inner child within you. It also haves guided mediation on healing that makes this audiobook soothing and relaxing as well. The overall structure of the audiobook is organized and it teaches step-by-step techniques in how to discover the inner child within you and it's Informative as well. Great listen.

Great for self-discovery and trauma recovery

The prompts in this audiobook help you reflect on your unique journey and allow you to reconnect with your inner child. I think it is beneficial to repeat certain prompts more than once as you may have more one trauma that you want to address. As the prompts progress, you are taken on a journey of acknowledgment, forgiveness, reparation, and gratitude. The narration is relaxing and calming. Overall, this is a very nice journaling prompt for personal development.

The prompts in this book are very helpful to begin your journaling journey. I found the questions to be on point and really help to open up my mind and found I have plenty to journal about. Great meditation!

This meditation is so helpful! I’ve been journaling for years but having this guide helped bring more to the surface than my usual session. Going back to my childhood was very emotional but totally necessary. Highly recommend.

Journaling is powerful

Now I see the power of journaling. Getting into a routine of journaling has been very helpful in getting me through my anxiety and stress which stems from past trauma. It is stressful to have to keep struggling through this alone. The soft calming narrating guides give in-depth prompts that help me to work through my past hindrances. Haven listened to this audiobook has empowered me to take charge of my situation. Highly recommended!

Life changing book!

Trauma has been apart of my life and i am sure of many other if not all. I have tried most things to try and 'heal' or get over things and some work and some do not. This audiobook is certainly in the category of having a hugely positive impact on my healing process. The prompts make it easy to follow, holding my hand through the journey which can be tough however, this book does it in such a peaceful and careful way. Fantastic book!

A new experience

This was my introduction to journaling so the prompts were very useful Much is focused on trauma but this was balanced by the gratitude challenge and I really like the idea of the rainy day letter. Thanks for the free book

Great Book.

This guided journal was recommended to me by a friend, and it has indeed been informative and educative and has helped me a great deal to feel and work through parts of my past. The questions in each step is the part of the book I found most interesting and I will highly recommend this book.

Helpful!

This author has put together very helpful thoughts/ideas to meditate with which can help you visit/deal with your feelings and emotions. It doesn't claim to be an alternative for professional support but I feel I could use this as a self help while waiting to get professional help to deal with my inner child and the issues I've been dealing with over the years!

Thought provoking

This was a great audio book. I often need help journaling and the guided prompts in this audio book were great for helping me focus on different aspects. Lovely narration and relaxing sounds too. Would recommend!
