Beautiful

A beautiful woman has written a brilliant and beautiful book of encouragement for all women. I must say - THANK YOU, NATASHA, for reminding us that we are all capable of being beautiful both inside and out. At this point in my life, I have come to rely on daily affirmations. These little reminders throughout my day and night are helping me to remember that I am worthy. Don't be afraid to look yourself in the eyes and have a heart-to-heart talk with the woman inside of you reaching for greatness.

Excellent Listen

A relaxing approach to morning affirmations

I like to say, "you win the morning, you win the day." Of course, not everyone has the stomach to wake up at 4 am, have a cold shower, meditate, stretch, exercise, etc. But if you're wanting to win the morning, this is a great place to start. You can argue that priming your mindset for the day is more important than any random morning habit. A simple, relaxing listen that does exactly what it is intended. Primes your mind and relaxes your soul to get the most out of your day. Try this for a week. I know you won't be disappointed!

Love the guidence

I love that this book is guided, its so hard to get out of my head so this is so helpful to relax and let go. My favorite oart is the body scan, it helps me to be aware of my body and the power i have over it. I love listening to this to get my day started!

What a Great Affirmations to start the morning

These are really great affimation for women! From breath work to getting our introspective right so we don't rush in to the morning and get stress. If you’re looking for a morning routine!

What great way to start your day. With a beautiful backing soundtrack and soothing words of the narrator, you begin to feel a calming sensation from the get-go as you’re encouraged to breath slowly and deeply. Various chapters focus on different topics, I enjoyed the one on anxiety as this is something I have been dealing recently. Great listen!

Best way to start your day

The guided meditation in this book is relaxing and positive in every way. I really needed this book to start my day even if I was stressed, it gave me inner peace and immense tranquility. Early Morning Booster!
