decent beginners guide

I'm not an expert preserver and I seriously hate this book. It ends up being really useful essential stuff, yet it incorporates an excess of sugar in all the predicament recipes - which I get, yet I in all actuality do wish it gave all the more perfect elective guidelines.

This book is an excellent reference.

It has something beyond canning directions. It incorporates both water shower and strain canning, parchedness, freeze drying, and freezing guidelines. The recipes are fantastic and the ideas for utilization of items saved are exceptionally useful.

I have made jam❤

I have made jam, jams, one-container feasts, pureed tomatoes, and pickles. And so on and I have attempted it. The best thing is the family loves it and I realize I am taking care of them with good food varieties without additives and added substances!

Amazing book!

Reward, restore and smoke meats. The most effective method to make pancetta and smoked salmon. Generally, I overlook the freezing part of the canning books, however, this one is right on track. I can hardly stand by to get everything rolling!

LOVE IT

Day to day I see experienced canners and new canners the same searching for instant feasts in containers and trust that Ball will pursue that direction and furnish us with numerous new recipes later on.

Missing One Method...

I gave 5 stars in light of the fact that the book is extremely educational, however I see that Freeze Drying was excluded. It will be intriguing to perceive how much gets canned for the current year.

Fun flavors

Heaps of decreased sugar spread and mixing of tomfoolery flavors through differed alcohols. With good thoughts on the most proficient method to coordinate them with food varieties. I am so eager to begin canning this season!!
