Horrible

I started listening with excitement to possibly gain a little insight or motivational push, but after the first couple chapters of listening to the reader who was clearly struggling to breathe and often stumbling over words I couldn't take listening to it any longer.

If these issues don't bother you and you are simply looking to use up a perfectly good Audible credit, then this might be an effective way of throwing it away. Other than this, I would seriously look elsewhere.

Here are a few of my favorite Audible books in this category:
Be Obsessed or Be Average - Grant Cardone
Do The Work - Steven Pressfield
Atomic Habits - James Clear
Rhinoceros Success - Scott Alexander

monotone.

The book was ok and probably has some good information but the narrator had a very monotone voice and I tended to drift away from the book.

Very little to support the theory

Very disappointing book which is the first Audible book I’ve had to return. The narrator muffled and often got words wrong. He didn’t read with conviction.
There was very little to support the theories being presented, and also, worryingly, there was reference to Christianity and making peace with ‘god’.
Completely unscientific in my opinion. I’ll be looking for a better alternative.
