Practical Help

I can't say I'd ever rate anything a 5 since it implies perfect but this book is pretty close. Knowing why you do something is a HUGE help in figuring out how to overcome it and this book does an outstanding job of that.

Excellent book

This book has helped me to become a mediocre writer to a writer my professors praise and I don't turn in late papers anymore. I've read a lot of books about procrastination and cognitive therapy, but this is the one that helped me. It's like having ten sessions of therapy.
