Deep and comperhensive

I listen to this audiobook after listening to "The Empath Guide to Living" also from Abigail. Basically this is more complete and deeper version if you want to know more about "empath and psychic". Same quality with much more positivity. Very well written and worth listening !

Very interesting

At first glance I was skeptical of this book because it kind of seemed wishy washy, however after actually looking into it I am pleasantly surprised that this book actually gave me some benefit when it comes to mentally and mental training. For a book this is as good as it gets.

Great for anger managment

Before reading this book I felt that I had a lot of anger built up inside of me and I had no idea why. This book teaches you how to identify your pain points so you can properly deal with them in a healthy way. I have been calmer and more discerning to what thoughts I let into my head.

I feel like my skin is just so much tougher. This book really made me realize that everything does not deserve your energy. Some things are just meant to be left go. So now that I realize my energy is a limited resource I can utilize my energy in a much more affective way.
