This book helps with every part of public speaking, from big things like finding and training your voice to small details like where to put your hands. If you are nervous about an up coming speaking event I would highly recommend this book. The narrator was also very good, she’s easy to listen to and adds to the book in a positive way.

Wish I had this book years ago!

Public Speaking for Beginners by Cameron Wills is a great book that will help the reader/listener with more than getting comfortable speaking in front of an audience. The author includes exercises, tips and thought processes focused on public speaking, but this information is just as applicable for understanding how to interact in social settings, how to gain confidence and to overcome fears in daily living. It even includes excerpts from great speeches as illustrations and motivation that you too can learn to communicate effectively. I heartily recommend this book.
