Amazing Book!

I have listen this book hundreds of times and practically base my entire health and wellness program around its contents. I have listen other Qi Gong books and you won't find nearly as much comprehensive material as you get from listening this one in any of the others. Highly recommended This Book.

It's great background for a beginner

This book is comprehensive and well-researched. It's great background for a beginner and a guide for further study. Definitely the best choice for anyone who wants to learn. There is no substitute for a teacher but this is the next best thing.

A very rich resource for anyone who wants to understand qigong, Through Chinese medicine. Easy and enjoyable to listen, and gives you a lot to practice. I am really glad I bought it.

Great intro to Qigong

My fav part is learning how to properly breathe!!! Something I am still working on. I can't believe most of us including myself have such poor breathing habits

Great Qigong & taichi

One cannot start out with a better in-depth look at Qigong that is both interesting, useful, practical and still does not bog one down with too much extraneous information.This book is a must for anyone who is interested in improving their health; whether at the level of being quite ill to improving their already good health.
