Enjoyable Audiobook

This book worked for me and my father. I'm a 30 year smoker and he is a 40 year smoker were both able to quit easily, with no anger issues, no craving, and found the experience enjoyable.

i quit after 20 years

i preffered it to some other quit smoking books, whic I fin have too many words, they're stressful.
this one I enjoyed listening to while relaxing. letting it work in a subconscious level too.

Best Audiobook

I've been addicted to smoking since my adolescence. I couldn't quit smoking at all. Then my friend told me about the book and after listening to the book I am now completely free of smoking.

Worked for me

Short and to the point. I have 4 hypnosis books in my library for vaping and this one is my favorite. The breathing techniques really work for me and my anxiety! I am so glad I gave this book a try! I am only 4 days of not vaping but I am feeling very confident, unlike other times I have tried to quit , and my craving haven't been bad. This book gives you great ways to beat them. Thank you David for sharing the methods that helped you quit for good!

Thank you, Mr. Martin!

I've been a smoker for 29 years, 10 cigarettes a day. I never considered quitting and figured with my anxiety I would smoke until I died. In May I found out I needed three teeth pulled. Dry socket became my mantra and I freaked out. And I decided I had to quit before the extractions.

I quit cold turkey on June 16th. I listen to David's audio-book every night and probably will for a long, long time. Thank you, David, for helping me with my addiction. I really am stronger than I thought!!

Not the greatest

I’ve listened to a lot of quit smoking audio works. Does that make me an expert? Lol
I mean I have yet to quit fully, so who knows if I’m the right person to judge.

But the structure was poor, he doesn’t lay out a complete protocol with regards to timing, when to listen to each chapter/hypnosis Script and I did little more than leave me confused as to what to do and when.

That being said his breathing technique offered is certainly useful and using that alone to deal with cravings can help. But if you’ve tried many similar pieces of work with success in the past then this is nothing new and not likely to help if you’re looking for something novel and truly eye opening. (meaning you quit for a few months...going back to smoking months later doesn’t really mean the book/script was in effective as the long term quitting often means other things were the cause) then this is nothing new.

His hypnotic voice however is very soothing and certainly more pleasant than 90%of what’s out there.

amazing book

absolutely love this book. Just fantastic how well it works. Still going to carry on listening to this book daily. just to keep the bad habit at bay. Just till I know its gone for good. I'm a difficult case, but I know this book is helping me stop smoking.

Excellent Information

I have been hypnotized for weight reduction, stress and help relax to take the test. Very interesting audiobook! And although I just recently finished listen to it I have been able to try the self-hypnosis on myself.
