Where is the hypnosis?

I am confused, I listened and listened and never came across any actual hypnosis? Just chapters telling you about it? Returned as not what it says it is? Unless I really missed something?

absolute CRAP!

The singular most boring book I have ever heard on audio. The narration was robotic and mind numbing. The content was no more than a bunch of random facts and we'll worn clichés. It did absolutely nothing to aid my fight in giving up smoking. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
