Publisher's Summary

If you want to finally quit smoking and develop healthy habits in its place by utilizing the power of hypnosis, then keep reading...

Let's start here.

The New Scientist magazine comprehensive study stated: "Hypnotherapy enjoys a greater success rate than any other in helping people quit smoking."

Why is that? Why can some people stop after one session of hypnotherapy after years of failing trying to quit?

It's because smoking, like all habits, is controlled by the unconscious part of the mind. And, hypnosis helps us access the REM state in which we are more open to new ideas and suggestions, and once this is reprogrammed, the smoking urge is simply gone.

Up until now, you have been programmed to believe smoking has done good for you, and that it is a positive habit. Things like relieving stress, confidence, and weight control have been associated with your smoking.

Hypnosis will reprogram your unconscious to produce these positive intentions you believed cigarettes gave you, but in far healthier ways.

The majority of cigarettes are smoked through habit or conditioned response to stimuli. By changing that habit and conditioned response, suddenly smoking will be a thing of your past.

Anyways, here's a sliver of what this audiobook can do for you:

  • Help reduce and eventually completely remove your cravings for cigarettes, tobacco and nicotine
  • Rewire your brain to develop healthy habits to replace your smoking habit
  • Positive affirmations to help you overcome your smoking addiction once and for all
  • Relaxation techniques that can also be used to help you fall asleep
  • A subconscious top-down rewiring process to prevent yourself instantly turning to cigarettes as a conditioned response
  • A complete transformation of your beliefs around smoking, that makes quitting inevitable
  • And so much more!

So, if you're ready to live a smoking-free lifestyle and become the healthiest version of yourself, scroll up and click "buy now".

The way you think about cigarettes

It really is reprogramming the way you think about cigarettes and how you use them as a crutch to pick you up when you’re bored, and help you with stress.

Breathing techniques

The pressure points and breathing technique work for me every time I get a little craving. Try it out, it's worth it.

I’m guessing everyone else was paid....

I knew the perfect reviews were too good to be true so I wanted to give it the first real one. And since Audible is gracious enough to allow replacements, and I’m desperate to quit smoking (which the author is counting on), I thought I’d try it. I listened to it several times and the only thing that got me to quit smoking was the cardiac ablation I had to have and the hospital stay. The narrator, however, has a very soothing voice and I would listen to him again. The product itself did not work. But it did help me get to sleep easier (again, it’s the narrator’s soothing voice). I’m not saying you shouldn’t try it - if you want to quit smoking you should try everything. It just didn’t work for me. And I seriously doubt all of the 5 star reviewers are legit.

Worth the try

If you want to quit, really want to quit, and are a person that can nap easily, put this on and try it. Worth the try.

Deal with psychological issues

Most people return to smoking because they don't deal with the psychological issues involved. This does a great job in teaching them how to do that.

Strange

The first few chapters are bizarrely repetitive. I don't get it and I didn't enjoy it at all. Is it supposed to be like that?? Waste of money and I'm still smoking... Waste of time.

Duplication or Repetition

I liked the overall approach of this program and the positive affirmations it gives you. However, the duplication or repetition of the same session in each chapter was irritating. Overall, I’d give this pass marks as an aid to help quit smoking.
