No desire to smoke again

The exercises are a great help in dealing with the✅✅ psychological issues of quitting. After listening to it a few times, I have no desire to smoke again.

Kick the habit

. I believe it helped me kick the habit without a lot of withdrawal symptoms. I haven't had a cigarette after listening💛♥️🤝 to it twice a day.
