Shedding pounds rapidly

This brings up an excellent point: nicotine does not make you feel happy! Since listening to this audiobook, I haven't craved a cigarette. It has a weird and mystical quality about it.

As suggested, I replaced cigarettes with exercising. Then I also started listening to the part of the book about mindful eating. Made it 3 days, then 3 weeks. Now point heading for 3 months!

I am grateful for this Audiobook

This book is amazing!

I bought this book about a week after I quit smoking cold turkey after 33 years. I started smoking as a teenager. It was really more of a lifestyle. After listening to this book, I will undoubtedly never pick up a cigarette again. This book is amazing!
