Fear mongering
This woman has written a compendium of everything you should fear in your daily life. I was tired of listening to it after the first few chapters. Takes the joy out of life. She might as well have recommended you move to a desert island as everything in modern day life is toxic, poisonous. Spend your time listening to something else.

Thorough for optimum health
Love the fact that all aspects of health for aging gracefully and more healthy are addressed. I can choose for myself which ones to implement. It is radical and a lot of people will have to pick one or two items at a time to implement. I have read her Radical Metabolism book also and am a disciple of Dr Wallach so am not new to nutrition and fasting. This book goes beyond nutrition and I love it. Thank you Ann for all the modern research in one encyclopedia.

Doesn’t address real world solutions.
This book is horrible. It doesn’t address real world solutions for slowing or stopping aging. It gives you all the things that cause damage to your body and then suggest not using cell phones or wifi. Drink water but not bottled or tap water. It says nothing about Biotechnology and how fixing damaged DNA can stop the aging process. We can not live in the 21st century and avoid cell damage. We have to think in terms of fixing cell damage and DNA, this book has little in it about that.

80-percent fluff.
I have followed stuff like this for a long time. The biggest majority of doctor visits for me have been for Chronic Fatigue like symptoms. I've just about done it all to not be so tired that I could barely function.
Note that doing a lot of stuff she recommends helped me very little. The thing that has helped me the most was going "low carb"* and getting religious about exercising. I have now worked out about an hour a day, almost every single day for going on a decade. I have logged thousands of miles of running, biking, rowing (Concept2) and walking. I lost weight and I feel a lot better. Not perfect, but way better.
When I was following advice like hers, not much of it helped at all.
Pretty much she lost me at the section on 5G. When she talks about how there will be an access point for every twelve houses, or something like that, I want to point out that this is very expensive and none of the carriers in the US are doing it. The mmWave 5G that is deployed is mostly at football stadiums or places like that where it makes sense to spend the money.
Outside of that, most of the 5g being deployed in the US is not that far off from normal cell bands. T-Mobile is using 2.5 gig, which is very close to plain ol' 2.4 wifi. Note that a microwave also used 2.4 gig, which is why turning a microwave on will sometime interfere with your wifi.
Look, I worked in a commercial radio shop for over a decade. There is no point I want to just warm up using some radio waves, but doing all the stuff she recommends did zero for me. I still felt the same.
I would recommend throwing this book away. Get a subscription to Audible and listen to books while going for a run or riding your bike. This actually made me feel better.
I try and eat as simple as possible. No fried foods and as few ingredients as I can get away with. But if someone isn't eating any processed foods, I'll either show you a rich person...or a liar.
Over the years I have gone from taking a bunch of supplements, to just a few. Vitamin D, magnesium, and turmeric is all I take now. Taking a good number of things she recommended only helped me lose money, not feel better.
The 80-20 rule states that 20 percent of your actions -- the vital few -- will produce the majority of your results. With a long history of trying everything, for me personally, this book falls mostly in the 80 percent area.
I'm kind of surprised this book was even an Audible Daily Deal. A lot of questionable material in it. Although I'll admit, there was a time I would have fallen for some it. You live and you learn...
-=-=-
* And low carb for me is only somewhere around 200 grams of carbs a day. That's about half of what the average American gets. But someone hardcore would be aghast at that amount of carbs. Basically I don't eat any bread whatsoever. But if I cut my carbs too low, I don't get enough fiber. So get this, I went with a reasonable amount of carbs. I know, that's hard to believe.
