Not what I expected

The book is what it says on the cover, however, I thought the guided meditation would be a bit more guided and the affirmations would vary a bit more. The meditation tracks were really nice. Overall I think I wasted my money, although I haven't listened to these meditations for long enough to see if there would be any result.
