I’ve really enjoyed this book!

Helpful tools to understanding overeating or simply using food for comfort. The information in this book is helpful for all sorts of unwanted behaviors, not just overeating.

This book is all about weight loss

This book is all about weight loss, and it's something that sticks with you while you listen. I have found the subliminal versions work best for me on a low volume, and the regular versions are great when you are sitting down and relaxed.

If you struggle with emotional eating

Laura White knows his stuff. his previous book was a lifesaver, and this has proven to be just ask good. If you struggle with emotional eating, this book will no doubt help you. There is no hype or crazy suggestions- he has done his research (years of research) and understands how our brains work. Bottom line, you can rewire your brain to stop eating when you're not even hungry, etc. And he will tell you how.

Exactly what i was looking for!

The reflections are valuable in helping the point of view of somebody setting out on a mission for soundness of the prepared "weight watcher" to perpetually drop that word and really carry on with an alternate existence with food.

I really enjoy this audiobook!

loved it! The narrator's voice was soothing and relaxing. I was able to drift off and enjoy the meditation/Hypnosis. The sound in the background was soul cleansing.

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. I wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but I've been pleased. It's been effective at curving my appetite and getting me motivated.

A must listen!

I've currently gotten an opportunity to dig into this book and I need to say....I LOVE IT! Laura is intensive and sympathetic, from the main contemplation about permitting yourself to be available to working with weight issues to having checking yourself around working with and approaching overwhelming individuals with deference.

I'm impressed.

This audiobook was sent to me by a coworker who lost 15 pounds and has been keeping it off. I said, okay okay, do you have a personal trainer or something?? Bc I know we don't get paid that much. She sent me this audiobook and I've been listening to it, and I've started to see some changes in my mental habits. The way I think about food. My desire to exercise. I'm impressed.
