Very interesting!!

This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review. It took me a long time to compose this because I was unsure if it would work. I'm still going and keeping the weight off a month later, 10 pounds lighter.

I bought this book because of the permanent feel

I bought this book because of the permanent feeling of working and working and this book helped me. I have finished listening it. There's a lot of great advice in this book. Recommended for people who live a stressful life and need to find a healthy balance. Very helpful information for rapid weight loss survivors.

I am very pleased to listen to this audible.

A mind boggling book for everyone who is starting with diet and a sound lifestyle. This book isn't just an eating routine blowout plan. It is more than that. You can find a lot of information. Bit by bit directions to start, what to eat, when to eat and how to plane your standard dining experience plan. I fundamentally love it!

Fantastic audible! I highly recommend this book!

Weight loss is a hard thing before. Now it’s easy after listening to this audiobook. Like both books in this bundle.Simple explanation and easy tricks to weight loss. Highly recommend. Going to try your other books next month. Lot of inspirational audio books.

HORRIBLE

I literally have no idea how this book received all the five star reviews. I’m guessing they were paid. To start, the quality of the recording is so amateur I think my grandmother in assisted living would have been able to make an audiobook that sounded smoother, less echo-filled, and more refined than this. There are mispronunciations throughout, exasperated sighs from the narrators when they get the words wrong, and background noises. Content is basically several people reading weight loss articles. There is no hypnosis that I can find ANYWHERE in this book. It repeats itself immunology times in the many many chapters, again, all covering weight loss subjects you can find by skimming magazines while waiting on line at the grocery store. The absolute baffling cherry on this ridiculous cake however, is the bonus content introduced as “magical stories” which I thought jusssst might have any connection to the hypnosis for weight loss, was literally a collection of magical stories. I sh*t you not. Because every quality weight loss book needs a tale about a mustached talking turtle saving a shipwrecked pirate queen. Was this even a metaphor for some weight loss theme? Nope. It was just a tale of a talking turtle. I wish I was making this up. Only purchase this book if you’re looking to add to a list of “reasons to hate the internet, modern publishing practices, and possibly people in general.” Seriously. My time I cannot reclaim.

Definitely worth listening..

I've lost weight utilizing Emily's methods, but just listening to this book has changed the way I think about food and my eating habits, as well as how I see myself in regard to my weight. I now feel a lot better about myself and have a lot more control over my weight reduction journey. That alone makes the time and money I spent on this book well worth it.

Different perspective!!

I'm amazed this book isn't more well-known because it's so refreshing and instructive. I'm not going to tell you how much weight I lost because I don't think it's relevant. What matters is that, unlike any other program or book, this one assisted me in becoming a healthy person.
