Resistant unconscious

I am still working on accurately doing Havening exercise every time. Wow. My brain really does not want to be changed, big barriers. Lots of resistance. I have listen the book twice. I plan to do the gastric band hypnosis next week. Lots of hope, big expectations.

The best
