Don't waste your money on this one.

Book is very basic with little practical information. Bought it due to high star rating and those happened to be false.

Fluff fluff fluff

What the hell is this? Please do not waste time on this book. The narrator sucked and the info in this book was garbage. No detailed info whatsoever. No mention of how hard money lending works or anything. This MIGHT have been useful in 1919. They need to hire people that can truly narrate for subjects like this too. It read like an ikea furniture instructional.

Not really a guide

It’s someone’s opinion on how you should view investments. If that’s what You’re looking for then this is the book for you.

Waste of time and money

This apparently was his first book and it shows. I listened to this on Audible and I couldn’t wait until it was over. The book contains very little information. Further, the narrator was horrible, monotone, dry which was compounded by the poor editing. There were no breaks between sentences. It was one monotone sentence running into the next. I was hoping it would be better but I cannot recommend this book.

4.7 stars? Are you kidding?

At first I thought, this has been written in another language and poorly translated. Then I wondered if a computer had "written" it. Then I just got mad. IF there is anything worthwhile in it regarding real estate I will never know. I could not get past the terrible syntax, impossible grammar and the con-man hype. Kudos to the narrator for getting through those sentences with a semblance of normality.

the narrator's diction is afffull

it seems like the speak is edited. the are a lot of up and downs in the speech. this makes it difficult to follow. I am beginning to be disappointed for spending the money on the book. The voice on the preview was miles away from the voice of narration.
