Disappointed

I’ve loved every book in this series. Each story only made me wait until the next.. this one… not so much. It’s like it just go on an on.. about nothing.. I am very disappointed this wasn’t her best.

Great addition to the series

I enjoyed this one so much. The story was entertaining. Loved the crazy banter between the characters with just the right amount of humor. Narration was perfection. It brought the words to life. Going to Enjoy this one many times. HEA, no cheating, no cliffhanger.

Story okay. Narration tragic

This addition to the series is on par with the others. This one had a couple of mysteries to solve as two people found their way to their HEA. It was super wordy as these things tend to be but a fairly decent story. I did take issue with the male narration of Levi’s voice. I couldn’t tell if it was him or his De’mon speaking for most of the second half of the book. The narrator made him growl every darn word which i found terribly annoying. Brought the quality of this audiobook down tremendously. No one wants to here you growl what could clearly be spoken.

Not Her Best

This series seemed to be going downhill in the last book and this one continues that downward trend. It isn't the worst book I've listed too from this author but its definitely no where near the top. It wasn't necessarily that the story was bad, but that the flow was off. There were parts that seemed to drag on forever and parts where I was wondering if chapters were missing.

For instance, in one instance she is walking into Urban Ink to interview with Harper then the next moment, its later that night where she got the job. There are too many chapters where it starts with ten days later or that sort of thing when it had just left off at a part where you finally felt like it was going somewhere. Then you had other moments where the story seemed to drag on forever.

It seems like all Wright's books have been a bit of a let down lately, and this one continues that trend.

Okay

It was definitely a little disappointing because everyone else’s story’s were more interesting at times I just skipped through because I was so bored

story was great

I love Suzanne's writing. Loved Piper and Levi. You could tell from the very beginning they only had eyes for each other but were scared they weren't what the other wanted.

Now the narration was a whole different ballgame. With dual POV you really should have a male and female narrator. This narrator sound either like a valley girl or Jennifer Tilley. It's nerve racking to say the least. I think I'll stick to reading the book from here on out because I think she's the same narrator for all of this serie.

Feels like a different writing style.

This book seems to be a different writing style, but I can't put my finger on it don't get it twisted, I still love the series but this one was different. Yes, I am keeping the book and love the series this was just different plus I love all the characters and the fact that all the previous characters appear in the ongoing series.

Not sure what's different, but I hope Suzanne Wright returns to her previous writing style.

Love the Cat Doucette, books would not be the same without her.

Suzanne wright killed it again

Suzanne is one of my favorite author and she has never failed me. No complains aside from the narrator sometimes having me wonder who was who! Nonetheless a great story to listen to while cooking, driving etc

Reaper

A terrific story where the last catches up and clashes with the future of both his love life and his upbringing. After finding his Si mate is his ex's step sister who she hated the sister gets to come between them before the claim each other. The killer that killed his Aunt seems to be killing again as kids start showing up outside care homes. After she helps the Knocks prove who has hurt a pregnant lads relive her worst moment in a loop she points the finger at the nightmare who did this. When he gets out of prison he and his brother start a sneak campaign of intimidation. As love blossoms, so does the danger, read brilliantly again by Cat Doucette.

My new favourite Suzanne wright book ❤

I was really looking forward to Levi's book and this just blew my expectations away.
Really loved Piper and Levi in this, and loved having all my other favourite characters included (even Lou)
Once again this narrator delivered.
