Holy Hot Bikers

What a great surprise. I purchased this book based on reviews and was not disappointed. It is the first biker book that I have tried and will definitely continue with this kind of book. Horse is an alpha male that has a sensitive side. There is great chemistry between Marie and Horse. I loved the fact that there is no billionaire in sight yet Horse is still powerful. My only critic would be the gang’s names. They explained the meaning behind them but I swear you would never believe that some biker would go by the name Horse or Picnic. I think this book has a really interesting concept of how a biker gang would operate. Sometimes I felt like it was a bit demeaning for some of the females but the author really helps you buy in because Marie is struggling with all the thoughts that are running through your own head. I say this is totally worth the credit. I think the narration was really well done. Stella Bloom was able to distinguish her male voices and female voices. Cannot wait to see if there are more books to come.

Wow, awesome read!!!

In the past I have mentioned my dislike of this genre. Bikers are not generally my thing. However, this book is awesome. I loved almost every second of it!

Marie is a funny sassy gal. I loved her gumption, most of the time. She does seem to have blinders on when it comes to her brother. It is a bit of a flaw. But she makes the best of a bad situation.

Horse is yummy and dominant. He is a bad@$$ biker. But he has a heart hidden in that big body. When he falls he falls hard. There are a few times when I has issue with his behavior, mostly biker lifestyle stuff.

At first I thought this book was all going to be from Marie's POV, happily there are many points midway through where Horse takes over the narrative. These moments are key to keeping him likeable and getting his side of the romance. Without that insight, I probably would not have liked this as much.

Another great device is the non-linear story telling for the first half. I love the back and forth between the present situation and the flashbacks to the time leading up to that point. It adds excitement to the story. It was engaging and dynamic from beginning to end.

The smexy scenes are super hot!! You may singe you ears listening!! Oh lordy, give me an alpha guy any day of the week!!! And Horse does a little bit of naughty take that makes me melt!!

But wait, it is more than just a hot steamy read. There are several layers to this story and a few times you will be clutching a Kleenex. I enjoyed the development of the lead characters and the supporting cast. Plenty of brilliantly crafted bad boys and some seriously spunky gals! You will laugh, cry, swoon and have your heart ripped out a tiny bit.

I listened to the audiobook narrated by Stella Bloom, who is terrific. I loved her yummy read and the emotion she put into the voices. She has a swift pace that fits the story and keeps it moving right along. I love her energy and will definitely be looking for more of her reads.

I generally do not like MC reads because the biker lifestyle tends to play loose with monogamy. I hate it when a character hooks up with somebody else in a romance. Thankfully that is light here. For the most part this really is a romance, gritty but with real feelings developed over time. This is also one of the first MC reads that has taken the time to really explain points of the lifestyle. While there are still things I dislike, I was so enamored with the storytelling that they almost didn't matter. I am definitely looking for more of this series and Ms Wylde.

I have to say that Horse, (Mr very Sexy Hung like a horse Alpha man) is the perfect combination of a scary dangerous bad boy as well as a loving possessive and protective hero.

Marie Jensen is starting over. Having suffered through a bad marriage for years, when the no-good cheating loser turned abusive she finally finds the courage to leave. Marie then finds herself back in the trailer she grew up in Living with her brother Jeff. Being the nurturing, sweetheart she is Marie does the cooking and cleaning for her brother in exchange for a roof over her head that works out just fine. Then one day, out of the blue, three guys on bikes come rumbling down the drive. Because Marie's brother Jeff is into some shady dealings with the Reaper's Motorcycle Club. When said deal goes south, well... someone has to pay - With Blood.... Luckily for Jeff one of the Reaper's members "Horse" is very sweet on Marie.

Stella Bloom's narration was perfect for this book and very enjoyable....

I'm hooked on hot biker boys!

Wow! I’m going to add motorcycle hottie to my list of all-time favorite book heroes. I’m not into the lifestyle and have never watched an episode of Sons of Anarchy but whoa, am I hooked on these biker bad boys!

This story is about the Reaper MC and focuses on Horse (yes, that’s his name for very specific reasons) and Marie, the woman he “bought” to save her brother. As the story unfolds there is plenty of sex, crazy women, parties, bullets, motorcycles, mayhem, etc. All the great stuff you come to expect in a biker romance book.

For fans of Motorcycle Man by Kristen Ashley or Undeniable by Madeline Sheehan this is a must listen. Although this one isn’t as gritty or crude as Undeniable, it’s still not for the faint of heart. If you’ve been dreaming about being someone’s Old Lady or need to get your Club fix, then don’t hesitate to get this one.

Smart Sexual Romance

This book is not quite erotica because it is not entirely raw in it's sexual content. Yes, there is a lot of sex that is somewhat explicit, but very raw, sexual language is not used as is commonly the case in erotica. What I like most about the tale is that the author has thoroughly thought through every detail. She makes every move of the characters plausible, which can be very difficult to do in fiction. The author met every contingency in the characters' acts, which was a breath of fresh air to behold. There was never a moment when some small detail was forgotten or ignored. I also liked that the story was about an anti-hero of sorts, but the author manages to make him human and his choice in life understandable even if not agreeable. The narrator works well, though she is unable to show significant differentiation among the male voices, but it doesn't detract from the listen. I look forward to more from this author.

Kept me in until the end.

This one is a step below Undeniable. It's good but not as raw. I was suprised by the narrator she did a good job whith both the male and female voices. I'm looking for more Ellora's Cave stamped on the cover.

Crude, Rude and seriously panty melting HOTNESS!!

Exciting and arousing this book sucked me in and never let me go. A glimpse in the life of a motorcycle club, in a dangerous world with its own rules, living on the fringe of society. Our heroine, a sweet and naive woman has dealt with a lot. A loving family consisting of a convicted mother and pothead brother. A cheating and abusive husband. And now she is right in the middle of a Motorcycle Club, hot mess. When Marie left her abusive husband, she moves in with Jeff, her brother. There she met the massive, tattooed, badass biker who shows up at her brother’s house named "Horse". Attitude, arrogance, danger, sex appeal are oozing from this great specimen of man. Horse is part of the Reapers Motorcycle Club, and when he wants something, he takes it. What he wants is Marie, but she’s not interested in becoming “property of”.Then her brother steals from the club. Marie can save him by giving Horse what he wants—at home, in public, on his bike… If she’s a very, very good girl, she’ll get lots more of those orgasms only he can offer, and he’ll let her brother live. Reaper's Property is not without flaws, but overall it's very entertaining. One thing's for sure, there's never a dull moment to be found. Plenty of interesting characters, hot sex, some nice action, and little bit of drama. I can say some major brownie points go to Joanna Wylde for coming up with a name like "Horse" for her bad boy Alpha motorcycle male! Who could resist? I sure couldn't...

Enthralling, Steamy, Drama Filled MC!

All The Positive Review Are Spot On…..

Wow! Reaper's Property exceeded my expectations. It was an excellent well rounded story with a great mix of action, suspense, drama and steamy sex scenes. While the story is told from the H/h POVs, other characters are introduced and developed setting the stage for future stories. I will definitely be listening to more Reaper's MC.

Stella Bloom did an outstanding job narrating this story, and a fantastic job on both the female and male characters voices.

Well worth the time, credit or sale!

Old fashion Love story biker style

Where does Reaper's Property rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

it was a different listening experience as it views the rougher, trailer style living. It was too
close to reality and gave me some incite to this life if any part is true.
Bikers have a dark side.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Horse, pure classic alfa male with love and lust in his heart. This is a love story and a mystery with erotica in to as well. Very rough language, so again if you can not stand the
"F---k word" in almost every other sentence, this is not for you

Which character – as performed by Stella Bloom – was your favorite?

she is a new reader for me... she did an ok job on this story. I would try her again, but it would depend on the story outline.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

when Horse first meets Marie at the picnic table. Again when she feeds the bikers the first time

this theme was just so different for me. I follow 2 reviewers and both had listened to this book, so I gave it a try. I was not disappointed and worth the buy
