Have you noticed your mental health and overall sense of well-being on the decline lately?

In today’s modern times, overwhelm and its cousin, depression, appear all too often. As a result, it can be hard for us to realize what’s really going on - until it’s too late.

Our daily choices are something we can change. How we choose to move through our realities is something we can become more aware of, allowing us to feel more empowered to make the right decisions.

In Reclaim Your Brain, you’ll discover:

  • A closer look at the neuroscience of your brain and how to ensure you are getting the right nutrients for optimal activity
  • How brain function plays a vital role in the development of chronic illnesses and what you can do to stay ahead
  • How your gut health directly affects your brain and why a focused diet isn’t something you should dismiss right off the bat
  • A play-by-play guide for how you can improve your diet and begin eating the right things (as well as understand what not to eat and why)
  • Why exercise is the #1 antidepressant on the market and how you can easily incorporate some into your already-packed daily routine
  • Why life should be easy and flow to you with little to no effort. You should be happy and joyful in most moments without even having to think about it.

Informative and Impactful!

What better time to listen to this book than now! No matter where you are at in life, if you are looking to turn things around, it is never too late! I’m so thankful I decided to listen to this. I appreciate that the author is talking about gut health and how important this is in maintaining a healthy life. I feel more prepared and reminded how important this is in my life. I feel like I can once again reset and put the ideas from this book into motion.

Dr Strong does it again!

I never understood the link between brain and gut health until I listened to this book. It was an eye opening experience which really helped me grasp that the food we eat directly affects our mental state. Since listening I've changed my diet completely to focus on improving my mental capacity. Both in terms of energy levels and ability to concentrate for extended periods of time.
