Useful, but the reviews have clearly been gamed

So the advice in this book is mostly pretty good. But..
The writers grasp on English is pretty poor. Sometimes it's difficult to tell what they mean due to their bizarre use of the language.
The reader seems exactly like speech synthesis. In fact I think that's what they are. They have no tone, a lack of human cadence, and will read out of place text mid sentence as if she were an AI that was reading from a page worth of text that happened to have a diagram with a caption in the middle of it.

As for the reviews being gamed, Here's my findings:
All 187 reviews before me are 5.0, 5.0, 5.0.
Scanning through the top 40 reviews they all reviewed the same books and gave them the same 5.0 across the board.
Almost every review features the same broken English that the author uses in the book.
Every book from Bondi's publisher (who only publishes Bondi) has the same thing going on with their reviews. Hundreds of reviews per book. But not a single one that is anything other than a 5.0 5.0 5.0.
Perfect ratings like that just don't exist on any platform.
The reviews come in blocks too. Any day that has reviews will have a bunch, and then weeks of nothing. None of the organic review here or there. Always either a ton or none at all.

Must have Audiobook for everyone!

I am so happy I discovered this Audiobook . Got it has helped hugely as of now. I was extremely doubtful that an Audiobook could help with my tension, however upbeat I gave it a possibility.

This book is a great listen I finished it!

This book is a great listen I finished the entire book in two days I couldn’t put its down. I absolutely recommend it for anyone battling anxiety or panic disorder. Great!

Recommend for anyone suffering with anxiety!

Very clear and easy to understand. Just the way the book explains where anxiety comes from in the brain helps to deal with it. It has given me lots of ways to help my anxiety and I feel hugely positive since finishing it.

This book may have been credible. I will never know I fear because the narration was so poor that I simply could not abide to listen to another word.
