Not relaxing. Really strange stories.

I find these stories not relaxing. Marital issues? Prison? Incestuous feelings? Hmmm... Plus, you never know how the stories end because you fall asleep so you get who knows what in your subconscious. I think it may be bad for you. Also, it is not terribly well written. The performance is good, but maybe she can read something else? Weird branding as bedtime stories.

Nice thoughts.

When I’m super stressed I cannot sleep; my brain works overtime to keep me awake! When I listen to these stories, it really soothes me and makes me feel mellow, which leads me to having a stress-free sleep.

I always picture what they’re narrating in the story, so my mind I just focused on the audio. I like the stories, they put a really nice picture in my head and I always wake up with happy thoughts.

Great book!

I found that when I listened to the bedtime stories, compared to nights where I don’t listen to them, I have a much deeper sleep and sleep better than usual.

Stress reduction technique.

When I read actual books, it always takes me much longer to sleep. I find it a lot more relaxing to just listen to these bedtime stories when I sleep, because all I have to do is press play and let it do its magic.

Usually I wake up here and there in the night unexpectedly. It’s recently beginning to be a problem, so I listened to these bedtime stories. There’s no longer a problem anymore!

I was in such a heavy sleep the whole night that my husband couldn’t even wake me to tell me to move over!
