I’ve tried to like Adrian Savage, the mercurial frontman for Fugitive Summer, while serving as his band’s opening act on tour. We’re stuck together for three months, after all. And I’m well aware I’m lucky to be here. But it’s proved impossible. He’s far too rude and dismissive a guy to get along with. And way too good at getting under my skin. In fact, at this point, I think it’s fair to say I downright hate his guts.

Finding a good roommate through a classified ad isn’t as easy as it sounds. I was starting to lose hope. Until a knock at my door came, and God answered my prayers. Except...uh...wrong prayer, God. I’d definitely requested the big guy find me a drop-dead gorgeous man on more than one occasion...just not as my roommate. Declan Tate talked me into interviewing him anyway. While he was amusing and charismatic, I wouldn’t have been comfortable living with a man, so I regretfully declined. Then, cupcakes showed up at my door.

I've hated Rachel Dawson since I was seven years old. My next-door neighbor and number-one sworn enemy - she's the reason why almost all of our childhood fights ended with me setting something of hers on fire. (Or, vice versa.) She snitched on me when I broke curfew. I snitched on her when she lied about having a boyfriend. We went back and forth like this throughout high school, both vowing to never talk to each other again when we went off to college. But that was until she showed up at my apartment during my senior year and asked me for a temporary place to stay.

So Good!
- By Kim Williams DDG on 01-09-19
Turns out, amnesia has its benefits
Confession: I’m a newbie romance listener, and when it comes to steaminess, I’m more comfortable with the gentlest mist. So I was a little nervous about plunging into Repeat, but I’m so glad I did. If you’re not sucked in by the cover, the plot will do the trick: Smart, charming Clementine is trying to sort out the secrets of her past after a violent attack left her with amnesia. A mysterious tattoo on her shoulder leads her to Ed, the artist who inked her—and who also happens to be her ex. Bit by bit, Clem gets closer to the truth behind their breakup and, of course, to Ed himself. The thriller-like aspect of who is after Clem keeps the plot humming along, but the real thrill is her chemistry with Ed. Turns out, if there’s an upside to losing your memory, it’s that you get to experience falling in love all over again. That—and Andi Arndt’s utterly perfect narration—and I was ready to put the steam on full blast.

Kylie Scott on Repeat's Hero & Tattoos

"It was inevitable, I suppose, that I’d eventually have to write a hero who was a tattoo artist. Mostly I blame the big hair bands of the eighties and grunge babes of the nineties for my fascination with all things ink. I got my first at nineteen and have added quite a few since then. The art, history, and process involved in tattooing has always amazed me. And to have the opportunity to delve a little deeper and write a hero with a tattoo gun was wonderful. Ed is definitely up there amongst my favourites. A little bit edgy, a lot sweet, and sexy as heck. I hope you enjoy listening to Repeat as much as I enjoyed writing it."

Adorable Story of Love
Kylie Scott and Andie Arndt? YES PLEASE! One of my favorite authors narrated by a favorite. What a great combo. Andi never fails to put all the emotions into what she is reading and really makes you FEEL it. I really enjoyed the storyline of REPEAT. This is a book that follows Clementine Johns, who loses her "episodic" memories. Meaning that she can't really events, people or basically any of her personal history. Trying to make sense of and remake who she is, Clementine tracks down her ex boyfriend, Ed Larson.
This story was a sweet romance of rekindled love. Ed was devastated by their breakup and doesn't want to revisit those memories. But when Clementine's life looks like it's in danger, he can't help but protect her. The evolution of their story and watching her rediscover herself and their love, was a joy to watch. I had theories of who was after her, but I have to say that I was wrong.
If you're in the mood for a fast paced, sweet romance, with steam and a little bit of mystery, I would definitely recommend picking up this book. It is an Audible Original, but will be available in print on April 9th.

Kylie Scott nails it ...... highly recommend
This book is amazing, I loved it. I read it in one hit (sleep? Who needs sleep?), I just wanted to keep reading.
Usually I won’t read amnesia stories, I just find them ridiculous and an excuse for lazy writing, but I loved all aspect of the story. Only Kylie Scott could pull this off so well. I laughed out loud and enjoyed the direct and witty banter that resulted from the amnesia, I also cringed and felt sadness - overall the story took me on a very enjoyable emotional ride.
It has super sexy characters, that are well developed and interesting. The hero and heroine are both strong, smart and respectful of each other. The sex is perfect, just enough that it enhances the story, and written so I was absorbed and entertained.

Wonderfully unique second chance love story!
Where do I even start? Perhaps with the fact that I was sucked into this unique story immediately. Intrigued by Clementine as she tried to reconcile the woman everyone remembered with the woman she became.
The chemistry between Clem and Ed was immediately apparent and I found my heart aching with a sort of yearning for them as they unpacked their past while tentatively trying to make a future together. It’s a beautiful story, steamy, playful at times, and wholly satisfying.
The narration is top notch. Andi Arndt is fantastic and easy to listen to as she brought the characters and story to life for me. Definitely recommend this audio experience!

entertaining, performed well
fun love story, steamy, sweet. a little predictable. also, to some degree, moral of the story sometimes feels like "he was awesome, she wasn't, until she had a conveniently better personality". I still loved it, went through it in a few days. I'm a die hard romantic, so if I notice that "change yourself to get a man" theme, then it's there. if that is not your cup of tea, consider another book.

SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE
Second chance romance, Hot tattoo artist, A Great plot with twists and turns, an unpredictable plot, it ticks all my box's and I loved it!!
Such a breath of fresh air and a unique story-line.
I have read books where the character suffers from amnesia, that isn't new or unique in that way but there was just something that had me longing to see how this all played out, it wasn't just a case of someone trying to regain their memories.
Kylie Scott leaves no room for boredom, the plot is spaced out brilliantly with angst, drama, hotness and I was captivated with the story from the very the moment Clem who is still recovering from her attack which left her with no memories, walks into the tattoo parlor asking Ed if he was the one who gave her a tattoo and she was asked to leave in anger and couldn't understand why.
You are taken on Clem's journey of trying to piece back together her life and trying to figure out who she was before the accident and she discovers along the way that she likes creating a new Clementine. her first kiss, first sexual experience, Clem's story is Bittersweet.
A beautiful story of second chances with twists and turns woven into the plot. I loved it and was sad when I reached the hea.
Narrated brilliantly, I felt like I was there with the characters and although the narrator is female she didn't half make Ed come across as one swoon-worthy and sexy alpha who made me drool.
I want more like this, I loved it and would recommend it.

This was actually much better than I was hoping for. Not that I expected it to be bad or anything. It was more that I had no expectation of it gripping me. I just stuck it on to help me focus while I painted and then found the story so engaging that I kept catching myself staring into thin air with a brush full of dried paint, lol. It had a bit of mystery, a bit of drama and some decently sensitive Emotional character building. and the romance was nice and slow burn but heated up pretty fast when it did. So yeah, I am sold on the Authors story telling abilities and Andi Arndt did a fabulous job as always. I'm Off to Find some more Kylie Scott to listen to.

Great listen!
I'm not usually one for the amnesia trope, but Kylie Scott really pulled this one off. It was a quick read, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

A great listen!
One of my first ever books by Kylie Scott and it will NOT be the last! I absolutely loved this story.
Clem has just survived an awful attack, living with her cop sister and wandering around with no memory whatsoever when a chance encounter with a man in line at the bank/coffee store recognises the distinctive style of a tattooist who must have been responsible for her tattoo. Armed literally with the artwork, she takes off in hope of answers and a missing piece of her puzzle. Unfortunately the artist is less than thrilled to see her. Turns out, its none other than Ed Larson, her ex-boyfriend. Except he's the only one who remembers their relationship, as unhappy as he is at her re-emergence, Ed finds himself unable to turn away from offering to help Clem when it appears that her attack may not have been the random attempted mugging after all and he insists she move back into their apartment until they get more answers.
I laughed so many times listening to this book. Clem is really funny, and her unfiltered way of looking at things leads to some interesting observations. Especially when she cant hide the full happy feeling she gets around Ed in the pants area, and perhaps, yeah, she just needs sex or something and hes her type.
This was a great story. All the stars!
Andi Arndt knocks this one out of the park.

Naive and shallow
May be okay for a pre-teen but it was so painfully immature I had to return the book.

I binged it in one day
I loved this story from the start. Simple but with the right amount of suspense , you don't know who is genuine and who isn't.
Unusual trope different to most romance i have read. Had all the feels. Andi Arndt's is amazing as always. Her narration made the story even better .

Worth a repeat...I mean re-listen!
Kudos to the author!
I can think of only a couple of talented narrators who can successfully narrate all characters as convincingly and brilliantly as Andi Arndt has in this story.
