Publisher's Summary

When Choppa’s jealousy boils over, Julz finds herself in the middle of the cold, dark woods, staring down at a grave he has dug for her. With a loaded gun in his hand, he threatens to kill her, himself, or them both. If Julz is able to escape this frightening nightmare, will she realize that continuing to love her psychotic boyfriend might cost her her life?

It’s been said that love conquers all, but the deep-rooted problems that haunted Choppa made it much too dangerous for Julz to hold on to that hope. In the past, her heart beat strongly for him, and her body craved his touch entirely too much that a restraining order hadn’t been able to keep them apart. So, what will happen? Will they finally find the happiness they seek with each other? Or will their story turn out to be a tragic love?

The story line is dope

The narrators particularly the male part took away from the impact of the story. Cash needed an authoritative male to make it more dramatic. She rushed the female part it needed a calmer more feminine narrator. Cash is one of the best writers out there please don’t let narrators ruin your story line. Jakobi diem would have been better.

Ooookkkk😒😞😕😕😕🙁☹️☹️

This book really had me scratching my head the whole time. I would not suggest anyone I know to read this book. The message I believe it’s sending out is… Stay with a man… Let him beat your ass… And hopefully he turn up loving God more than he did when you met him. This book was stupid!!! The narrators voice was very stupid. She sounded like a drunk pimp when she was doing the male voices, and it sounded like a stupid woman when she was doing the women voices. What kind of author would write a book where a woman gets beat, and stay with the man, until he finds God??? Definitely not a good book overall.

Restraining Order 2

Omg this narrator Angela S. Arnold is the 💣 with fire 🔥 of explosive 🧨! IJS 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars frfr! Although I read this book back when it was first released to Amazon it still with this narrator was able to bring emotions, fear, and anxiety like u could feel it as real as real as it gets! I still enjoyed just as if I read and used my mind as the narrator itself! She was excellent to listen too and her background noise of making this feel like she acting out a movie was superb I kid u not! Even her voice when Choppa is confessing his love ❤️ to Jude was excellent to hear! I love ❤️ love ❤️ this audio and it’s worth the credit I used for it! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars!

Wrong Narrative

Why did they change the narrative. This is horrendous I can’t get past her voice. She sounds so unbelievable. I should’ve stopped at Book 1

Sorry Angie 🤷🏼‍♀️

I liked this book I read it previously. I don't think the point of the book was to tell you to stay with an abuser until he gets it right I think it was just more of a story about how mental illness/childhood trauma unchecked can effect your adult live.... However this narration was absolutely terrible sorry lady but you rushed the conversations, you inflicted the wrong words, your "accents" were wrong, etc... and then wherever you recorded this(room) at needs more treatment or a better mic it sounds hollow and far away

It was the narrator for me 🤦🏽‍♀️

It was hard to get through book 1 bc of the narrator however she was way better than this new one smh- her males voice kept reminding me of the little brother from the boondocks!! No cap! The story itself was very very good! So many women has and is still going through this! I would recommend that the ladies in my book club buy the book instead of the auditable- but great book!

Whew!

Good writing. Didn't care for the narrator. Definitely heavy content (domestic violence, mental illness and child abuse). Glad the story had a happy ending because most situations like that don't have a fairy tale ending.
