  • Bonus: Managing Anxiety in Relationship

The first circuit is in the brain called the neocortex. That part of the brain helps you to visualize, prepare, and predict the future. The second circuit consists of the amygdala and the almond shaped midbrain structure. The amygdala is called the "sentinel of fear" and is responsible for warning you of any threat. You are designed to defend against damage before the mind even knows what damage it has. The mysteries of the brain continue to be investigated and researched to find and define notable behavior, both positive and negative.

If you follow this book to the letter, you will overcome anxiety and panic and improve your social life and your relationships - guaranteed.

A waste of money and time

This “book” feels like a list of facts found on the internet. It’s repetitive and redundant and the worst part is that it sounds like it has been badly translated from another language. The English is terrible, the editing, if any, was awful because there are way to many grammatical mistakes. When I google the author, “Johnathan lee,” I can’t find any information. DO NOT pay money for this book. Waste of time and waste of money.
