Publisher's Summary

You’re never too young to learn the language of money… and the lessons that rich dad taught Robert. Like it or not, money is a part of our everyday lives and the more we understand it, the better the chance that we can learn to have our money work hard for us - instead of working hard for money all our lives. That starts with learning the language of money.

This book, created from the international bestseller Rich Dad Poor Dad, shares Robert’s inspiring person story but teaches how to make smart choices. Packed with straight talk, sidebars, and quizzes, this book will jumpstart a child’s personal and financial success by teaching: How to speak the language of money, ways to make money work for you, tips for success (including: “Work to learn, not to earn.”), and why games can help you understand money, investing, and ways to choose your best path to financial freedom.

Great shortened version of the original book

This book's content got a bit repetitive on the original book but it has all the main points needed. So i would suggest for those who have listened or read the original version, this is not really necessary.

2 Golden Nuggets

I enjoyed the whole story and aside from changing your mindset, I found two very helpful pieces of information. First, to more closely track my spending habits. Secondly, to change who I surround myself with.

Super powerful!!

It was the most amazing listen and the advice I
got was world class! I don’t think I’ve ever learned so much before and I feel as though I have grasped so many concepts and seen different aspects of life. I am 16 hears old in school. I would recommend this book to anyone who has ambition to learn and succeed. Best thing I’ve ever listened to.

revealing

Heard it with my 2 kids in the car on the way to school and back. It inspired my kids to ask questions about credit cards, investment, financing. Otherwise I don't think they would have been interested.

A solid grasp for teens to understand

Great book discussing assets/income and liabilities/expenses. Teaching like this should be taught in all schools so more people could be financially-savvy.

Brilliant but over Americanised

A good book and brilliantly performed.
Some terms, words and phrases may be difficult to wrap your head around if you're not from the United States. Everything is very American but if you can get past this then you'll really enjoy this audio book.

Interesting and repetitive

He basically adapted his book for teens and promoted his game. His language was easy to understand and follow. Good adaptation of his philosophy for youngsters.

Excellent

Robert emphasised, in order to gain, you must give, overcoming the idea that you give doesn’t mean you lose…it is a milestone.

Read the original book
