Must know poses
I'm new to yoga and thought some morning stretches would be helpful. Unfortunately, without a visual, it's hard to follow unless you already know poses like child's pose, downward dog, scorpion pose, etc.

I start every day I can with this yoga. Something about not having to watch someone, just being able to close your eyes and feel the movements. The instructors vices are calming, the music...I just love it. Please make more!
