Better than Zenda

First let me say the narrator makes this book live and breathe as it was meant to. I began by reading the book on my kindle, and was so awed by the quality and depth of the writing, I almost decided it would be better to read the story than to listen to it. But Mr. Wright swiftly changed my mind. Non-stop adventure, humor, gallantry, and a nobility of spirit that is sorely lacking in our times. And, the end! It's the real beginning! I have listened to hundreds of audio books, and this one is an experience I will always remember. I just hope more of Anthony Hope's books will make it to Audible, and that Mr. Wright will narrate them all!

Forget it

Really disgusted to enjoy two books up until the very end when it just has to go be bitter. Skip the last three chapters and enjoy the happy ending that could have been.
