Great book for agents new and experienced

I bought this book based on the author’s reputation on Bigger Pockets. I just started a team and have hired a brand new agent! Once I was in two chapters I started bragging to my coach and other agents about how terrific this book is! I purchased my new agent the audio and hard copy versions! To be a part of our growing team you must read this book !!! It’s filled with guidance and structure to set the path to real estate success! Great job David! Love it.

Audio version’s too good. I had to order the physical copy

Literal Gold
Had to order a physical copy to highlight and make notes due to the book containing to much important information go Just listen to.
Straight to the point, no wasteful words or repetitive/redundant paragraph or chapters.
The motivational part in the end was the cherry on top

He lays everything out bluntly

I appreciate the author making it clear how difficult real estate can be.
The biggest thing I took away from this is helping your clients on move in day & buying pizza for them& their families to get more leads. That’s really the only thing I remember clearly as well as him saying it will be very hard work making it if you aren’t good at getting leads. Overall I liked the book.

TONS of solid information! Highly recommend

Tons of fundamentals for new agents! And agents that have been in the business for a while but need to remember what it is to be a successful agent!

For new agents, you’ll have insight on everything you need to start a RE business and run one.

For agents that have been in the business a while. You’ll gain new prospectives on what you could be doing wrong and scripts on handling difficult situations. I would highly recommend this book. Thanks David Greene!
