Great book for mental health

This book was easy to digest and easy to follow. I would play a little each day mindfully. The narration was nice and well performed. I will try a lot of these self care activities and I have shared this with anyone that would listen.

A beautiful reminder to live!

This book touched my heart. My family did not speak of self care practices but only being strong throughout adversity. I was lucky to learn these beautiful tools as a healthcare practitioner of twenty years but many of my friends and family weren’t so lucky. But, even if you were exposed to these wonderful tools, this book is a beautiful reminder.

Thanks sis!
