Get out of your funk with this!

Even if it is just the part 1 this is the PERFECT audiobook to help boost yourself up and recognize your worth. My brother in law totally laughed when I told him I was doing this but it is honestly life changing and something I highly recommend to anyone who is going through a funk! It felt like I was working through some serious stuff without having to actually talk to a live person about it hahaha. Starting with self-love is so important because without our own self-love, how can we accomplish anything else in life or see anything else. I LOVE the format of this audiobook, from the feeling words, to actually stopping to think about things, to actually writing things out, this book is so insightful!! Highly recommend!

An EXCELLENT help!

I can only speak from my own personal experience but I found this a great one. Narrator was a joy to listen to which can make a huge change for an audio book. Not too long, not too short. I will be giving this a second listen for sure as i feel i have learnt a lot already.

We all need to be mentally healthy!

In each of our lives we all go through many different phases. Good, bad, happy, sad, lost, found, confident, and unsure are just a few of those feelings caused by situations or our state of mind. This part 1 of the audiobook is perfect to discover how to love your true self in any situation. There are many, many examples to work through. I recommend it to everybody. We all need to be mentally healthy!

Effective message

What I really like about this audiobook is that it's not your average "self-help" book, rather, it's more like a series of guided focused sessions on the different aspect of self-confidence and self-esteem. I think it's a worthwhile thing for anyone at any point in their life to take some time for self-reflection and assessment, which is exactly what this audiobook walks the listener through. I appreciated the examples. I'd recommend this as something to take on a retreat or weekend away and use to recenter yourself.

Truly a life saver

I have struggled with loving myself since I was a child. The past few years have been terribly hard for me as I gained a ton of weight and stopped caring for my body all together. I am only a quarter way through the audiobook and it has helped me understand/uncover so much about myself already- I can't wait to finish this one and move to part 2! If you are struggling with loving yourself, whether it be a tough patch you're currently facing or a rut you've been in for years, I highly recommend you this one! I will be buying also the paper version of this one!

Excellent at Improving your Self-Esteem!

I highly recommend this. I am someone who knew I needed a little help with my self-confidence/esteem, but it wasn't something that was debilitating. I just knew I wasn't reaching my potential, and it was because I seemed to be sabotaging myself and holding myself back. I can't afford therapy, so I thought I would get an audiobook to work through and see if that helped. I am usually skeptical of people who make such bold claims (diets that promise to lose 10 pounds a week, get rich quick schemes, etc). But using the learning of this audiobook a little per week, and paying conscious attention to thought patterns and recognizing where they stray into the unhealthy, will make a difference. Practical and informative

I have listened to this book only once ,and I’ve realized that there is a treasure trove of information that I will need to go through and serve in order for me to benefit from this book, this is a good point as it shows that the book has plenty of value to offer it to anyone who wants to improve their self-confidence by utilizing the tools discussed in this book.

Pace yourself, this one is a RIDE! A RIDE to true

Truly life changing! This audiobook is engaging and actually encouraging to keep at it. This truly has helped me to get to the ROOT of issues and heal in a way I never imagined. Save the therapist money and devote to completing this series of audiobook, but pace yourself and don’t hold back! It’s awesome to go back to reference too for a quick uplift when needed! Very informational but I love it forces you to actually practice, apply and gets you to think in way that opens up lifetime healing opportunities
