I highly recommend.

This book pursues that equivalent methodology; it is a quick perused and I particularly like how he gives a fast outline toward the finish of every section alongside activity steps. I truly like the book incorporates systems about being benevolent to yourself and how to prop energy up. I highly recommend.

Some concepts are very beneficial.

Some concepts are briefly explained without going much into detail but that's okay for the context of the book and can be further researched from other resources. One suggestion that I have would be to include further reading resources for some subjects; such as after briefly explaining meditation, including suggested reading on this subject, would be very beneficial.

Really different and practical techniques.

This book takes a useful set of different views on self-discipline, willpower, and habits. It teaches about your brain and functioning in a pleasant way. Not just theoretical, but with a good set of really practical techniques.

Great for the all the aimless wanderers

This book is for those that are aimless, but willing to make changes. While it is for self discipline, I think the secondary benefit could be helping you find purpose in your life, and discovering why you are wandering aimlessly.

Perfect for building a foundation for self-learnin

I particularly enjoyed the section on speed reading/retention that talked about how to overcome subvocalizations and really take your comprehension and speed to the next level. If you're just getting started with self-learning, or even just looking for ways to bolster your existing methods for teaching yourself new skills, this book is an excellent choice.
