Terrible - No Actionable Advice
No actionable advice, just a bunch of SEAL Hoo-Yah. "A SEAL never quits. Tell yourself you won't quit". Narration was so slow I listened to it at 2.5x speed. Maybe I'll come back and try to get through the rest of it, but I may just have to ring the bell...

One of the best discipline books out there
I have listen to this audio book many times, to improve my English, and to improve my habits and achieve my long time goals. It gave me an idea why one can't be disciplined some times and awesome ideas to achieve discipline in the long run. I loved how the author explained the step by step process and used multiple resources. Beside this it has great narration and content. good tips in the last chapter to make progress. I would highly recommended this book. Thanks

Love this. .actionable plan
This is a great book to understand the basics of self discipline, follow this steps and you'll find yourselves improving instantly. I loved how the author spoke and how he explains all he was and is and how much this can be a reality. I got the book a week ago and I have lessened to it 3 time and have taken notes. As a person who struggles with temptation and impulses I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I can use and practice what's in it. I recommend repeated listening though to solidify what's gleaned. If you want to know about Self-Discipline, I would recommend you buy this one. Thanks
