Take back your life.

Having healthy self-esteem helps in reaching your personal goals and aspirations, which can lead to happiness and fulfillment. Low self-esteem may put goals out of reach and seem to be too much of a challenge to even try. Don't give up.

An empowering book!!

I am looking for literature that I can recommend to my patients. There are some recommended exercises and some others that could be slightly deceptive, things like goal setting can be a good behavior - activator but you have to follow up closely.

Journaling can be an extremely important way to heal. Journaling gets you in touch with your inner feelings. Your confidence will get the boost it may need.

Building Self-Esteem

Self-esteem has been an issue for me ever since I was young. I was always told I would "grow out of it," but I'm in my late 20s now and haven't outgrown it. This book has given me some inspiration for building confidence and overcoming my insecurities. If you also struggle with these things, I would take the time to read this book.

Build your self-confidence.

The meaning of self-esteem is the overall sense of self-worth. Media and society control what people think is acceptable. If a woman is a little overweight and the fashion industry says you should be a size 2, then you may get low self-esteem or if everyone says you need a college education and you went to trade school, your self-esteem may suffer. Even though there is nothing wrong with either one of those. It is important to have good self-esteem and you can build but it will take time and this book has some tips on how you can do it.

Good one

There are many principles and exercises in this book to engage you and help become a more positive, focused, and driven sole committing and complimenting female leader. Do buy a notebook and keep track of your goals and every inch of an accomplishment. I do recommend reading this book for any age level. Even good for parents.

Valuable one

I work with psychiatric adolescents and have used this book in a group setting. Some like the worksheets and some have found this very difficult in that they have very low to no self-esteem. This workbook makes them think hard about themselves

Great ever

Overall a great resource.

The books are direct, simple, interactive, and engaging. Most importantly, they are on point and don’t belittle or talk down to preteens who had to grow up far too fast. I have altered many of the exercises to suit the specific needs of my clients. Overall a great resource.

Loved it!

This book is the best girlfriend advice you didn’t even know you needed. I’ve already listened to it once and am going on a second round. There are so many quotes in this book that need major snaps.
