Great motivational tool.

There are really motivating tips! Make a gift for yourself and to love yourself. The messages are very valid and inspiring. Absolutely recommended. I found it to be a wonderful book with lots of inspiring information told in a very restful tone. It really introduced me to meditation and struggles with weight loss in a different way than usual.

I think this has been a very effective method of getting me to eat healthier foods. I also started working my abs, which was my least favorite exercise. The audio is really well done, the voice is pleasant to follow and thanks to the instructions contained, I have now finally improved my eating habits. It was a pleasant change!

Quality content and narration!

This book is filled with positive phrases and phrases and great advice that you can easily remember and apply throughout the day. The narration voice is extremely relaxing and very catchy, personally I like it a lot. I downloaded it so I could listen to it on headphones in bed, and not only is it extremely relaxing - it helps stop cravings and boosts confidence. I found this audiobook very effective as it provides an easy to follow guide line. I have followed what I have learned and I must admit to seeing great improvements. I am satisfied.

I am so thankful for this book

I bought a lot of audiobooks and I can say for sure this one has one of the best sound quality. The voice is clear and there are no background noises. I think this is a really important aspect to consider when you buy a meditation audiobook. I just started listening at this audiobook and I already feel so excited!

The narrator is so kind and I feel an empowerment of my mindset thanks to affirmation she gives. I listened to the first session, just before to get asleep and I can say it is very relaxing! I previously experienced meditations in which Adam Greco was the practitioner. I always felt much better afterward.

Don’t be afraid

I know how it feels when you see “Weight loss hypnosis”. It seems not very credible. I mean, how can you lose weight just with meditation? And I thought the same thing! But then, after a few research, I made up my mind and decided to give it a try. The best choice I could make! It’s not just about weight loss. it’s about the way you live your life! And I’m starting to feel better with myself and of course I already have results in my shape!

A great book for all and great techniques

This book was really helpful to me. I certainly started being much more conscious about my food and started eating smaller meals. It was useful for me to listen to it. It helped me develop my Weight Loss Hypnosis. Thank you for sharing your insight so we can become happier, calmer, and healthier - even amongst all the demanding external stimuli and to-do lists that try to capture our attention every day. Highly recommend!

I found some that worked wonderfully

I was very hesitant before the purchase, but I must say that it was really worth it, very nice and above all effective book, after applying all the techniques taught in the book. I have had great results, so much so that I absolutely had to recommend it to my friend, who like me has always had problems with excess pounds. I found some that worked wonderfully, some that were okay, and some I didn't care for. I expect everyone is different, so getting a bit of diversity seems really valuable. It certainly was for me.

This book is amazing!

This book does an amazing job of explaining Secrets of Sustained Weight Loss with Self-Hypnosis. It gives a good description on the truth of what is actually unhealthy for you. I like the fact there is no particular foods he recommends but allows you to find your way and tailor a diet to your needs. I believe the strategy to implement lasting change in the way your eat and live is pure gold! I believe it is a great foundation for changing your life. This is definitely a book I would recommend.

I’m fairly new at meditation

This book was great on so many levels. I loved the idea of fulfilling mini-habits. I can do super small habits every day on my worst day and I feel like a million bucks. I was given this book as a blessing and I am exceptionally intrigued with how all around clarified every idea and exercise is. This is the most valuable book on reflection that I have ever gone over. And if I add repetition to these habits...i feel like a billion bucks. It is such an optimistic approach. I have a new outlook of my lifestyle. I am grateful about this book.

Great purchase!

This is an exceptional book that will change your life. I have been struggling for years with trying to lose weight. While listening the book was enjoyable, the real test is in applying the principles. For everyone who struggles with weight-loss and cravings a must-listen book. Seriously, in my estimation you wont find a better weight loss strategy anywhere else. I particularly agree with the Self-Hypnosis and Mini Habits of the author, and the strategy plan is perfect.

I found myself making better choices each day

This book is amazing. It's well explained and fun to listen. Most importantly is that his ideas really work. You have to retrain your brain for lasting success in anything and this book shows you how. It's fun, simple, and empowering. I just dove right in and I lost a pound on my first day with my new mini habits. I loved the idea of fulfilling mini-habits. Made weight loss very easy!

Great practical book that really simplifies how to position yourself to make lifestyle changes that lead to healthy living and weight loss. I love how this workbook is laid out. There are sections for reading but just as many journaling or writing exercises to apply the knowledge to your own life. It has been extremely helpful for me because I have been dealing with why I overeat. I knew before this but have been able to dig in deeper to myself and apply the knowledge I learn about myself from this book.

The exercises are very simple

I love how he uses logic to explain what works and what doesn't work. He uses research as well as personal experience. It's true that our habits make us what we are! To lose weight involves changing your lifestyle , getting into sport but also changing your diet. This audio-book's hypnosis can come in and help you lose weight.

This audio-book has gotten back into meditating. The exercises are very simple to use and can't wait to see the results from using them more. Lots of information of how to eat healthy and lots of menus to enjoy on this journey.

I found it to be a wonderful book

Well explained, motivational, everyone should listen this book! I love the author's style of concise, simple truth. It is very motivational and makes complete sense. You can apply the ideas in this book to all areas of your life but you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not follow his simple and healthy ideas for your habits and lifestyle. Good collection of sessions for losing weight

Thank you for this amazing book! I got some weight loss tips and got ways to break my unhealthy routine and establish new habits. I recommend this book. I feel great and feel FULL. My skin is glowing, I have more energy, and I feel like this habits I have created will last here on out.

Good book with meaningful exercises that help you realize why eating is more about personal experiences than about actual food. Not a diet book that stresses deprivation, the author instead emphasizes understanding how feelings about yourself formed your relationship with food and how you are already prepared to help yourself eat properly so food is both healthful and rewarding.

Satisfied with this audible

This book came just in time! I bought it because the title caught my eye as I was trying to use my Amazon credit. It was a timely reminder of what processed food does to your body and feasible strategies to make permanent changes like no other self help book.

I’m so thrilled to get started. Fantastic guide for a healthier life! I strongly recommend this book to anyone that has followed a diet plan and given up, is following a diet plan and is looking for something more, or is not following any plan and would like to live a healthier lifestyle! Great information, great ideas, great humor = a great guide book for a healthier life! It is not a diet book, but a book that discusses diet and living a healthy life!

This really does work.

This really does work. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose when I bought this book and have been working out regularly 4-5 times a week already for at least a year but was not able to see results from my previous trainers workout and meal plans and was getting frustrated. Great perspective on changing your mindset. The author gives practical strategies to increase your usage of healthy habits and motivation for better health. Great listen!

Well explained

I really enjoyed how the author explains the importance of how being consistent with small changes over time it adds up. Learning to not be in a hurry and allowing change was a big takeaway. I definitely recommend this book. Very interesting perspective. Fresh and new ideas you probably haven't tried before. Definitely worth your time and money to listen from an informational standpoint about weight loss hypnosis and an enjoyable listen.

This book explains IS GOOD

This book is well explained and addresses many of the issues I've encountered before on diets. I'm looking forward to trying out the mini habits! This book explains the ins and outs of becoming healthier and maintaining that health in an easy-to read way. The principles put forth are easy to remember and implement in daily life for lasting lifestyle change. Trying the strategies and very impressed with self hypnosis I’m experiencing so far for better health. Also an easy listen that made me laugh out loud at a few points. Highly recommend.

I’m currently in recovery for my eating disorder

This book is among the top ten self-help books I have ever read or listened to, especially for helping people lose weight through hypnosis and meditation to control anxiety and food cravings, losing weight without stress. It is definitely very helpful and worth putting into practice. This audio book has helped me greatly. I was pleased to learn to speak this. It's extremely informative for the beginners.

This book is so much more than weight loss.

I learned a lot about hypnosis, the different techniques that exist, meditation and the importance of positive thoughts and affirmations while going through a frustrating process such as losing weight.
