Great Book

Five Stars

I’ve always been fascinated with the power of the human mind, especially in connection with spirituality. Better Mindfulness Meditation’s book was another in a long line of hypnosis related texts I’ve read. I found it to be informative without overwhelming technical or formal terms and explanations. Well-Explained

This book deals with many topics. I found the Through The Gate: Problem Solving, Allergy Control, Tinnitus Reassignment, Immediate Stress Reduction, and The Attic Trunk-Finding Your Gifts most enlightening. Very Happy With It

First of all, I have to say I am fascinated by hypnosis and as a writer, touch on the subject in several of my books. There seem to be no depression chapters at all. All anxiety and sleep sessions with different background music.

A Good Self-Help Book

The author explains about self-hypnosis in clear steps all can try. What is possible when we learn more about our minds? Grabbing this book is a great way to find out. Well Done Author

Great book. Practical advice. It goes through different types of hypnotism. How it can be used to change habits, fight depression, reduce anxiety and have many other positive influences. Great Book

Sometimes you just need to get out of your mind and dive into the deeper chambers of your mind. This is a good way to do exactly that.
