An easy-to-listen book that can benefit anyone. This is a practical guide that you can immediately begin using to improve your confidence, and thus nearly every other aspect of your life. This lean book doesn't front load with a bunch of anecdotes. Rather, it gets right into what confidence is and how it affects your daily life. The book guides you through practical and thoughtful exercises to become the best version of yourself. It reinforces that self-confidence is a process and takes you through the steps to achieve your goals.

This book was explained to me!!!!

After listening to this Guide, I couldn’t help but feel as if this book was explained to me. I really appreciated the “small steps” approach to the confidence-building the authors suggest. Since it is a workbook, the nature of the book is very interactive. I generally am not drawn to this format; however, I found these reflective questions very therapeutic for me. I have recently started the scary process of exploring new career options and I am very happy I have this book to guide me through the process. I am looking forward to recommending this book to friends!

It is an easy listen that will not take too long!

This will be one of those books that I plan on listening again every once in a while because it is just so inspiring, motivating and left me feeling so incredibly energized. If you are feeling like you're in a mental rut or just need some spark, give this book a listen. The author is one of those positivity influencers who gives such genuine and wholesome advice. It is an easy listen that will not take too long but will leave you feeling a sense of fulfillment. I cannot wait for when publish more books!

This workbook is an excellent resource !!

This workbook is an excellent resource that can be used by anyone who wants to increase their self-confidence. It is explained in such a clear and concise manner and is so easy to use. This book provides great real-world examples, tools, and exercises to allow you to practice and build skills to improve your self-esteem. The strategies you learn in this book help you to identify obstacles, set and achieve goals and improve your thinking in order to help you become a more confident version of yourself. As a psychologist, I plan to recommend this book to others and will likely also use these excellent strategies to improve myself.

I am a therapist and I love this book and have referred many clients to Shannon’s book, Instagram and interviews. I believe Shannon has great insight into what we all need .. to love ourself first and nobody teaches us that! Thank you, Shannon!

I love this book!

love this book! I bought it to use with my therapy clients, but I find that it also helps in my own life. There are parts of this book that I even use with all my clients, not just those struggling with self-esteem issues. It’s easy to listen, and it makes sense. The author explains to the audience of those looking for self-help, as well as to therapists looking for new tools to use with clients. Many of my clients have bought this book for their own libraries even after we have gone through it because it resonated with them so much. A+

Myself.

After having "do for you" slammed in my face a billion times I'm finally at a spot in life where I can start to accept that doing for me isn't selfish or wrong and this book was a large driving force in learning to navigate those feelings. I didn't want to do some of her exercises, like write a nice note to myself.. but I did it and I'm proud of what I wrote

Obsessed with this book 😍

Obsessed with this book 😍 it’s not your normal self-help motivational book. It’s just a great reminder to keep your vibes high, and work on your inner self and be aware of your life. I can open to any page and get an instant mood boost. It’s one I would repurchase if I ever lost it. I carry it around in my purse just to always have something to listen to in my downtime rather than scrolling through my phone. Great book.💕😊

The author has explained a comprehensive book on self-help. The author covers six areas of self-care. Each section describes the challenges the area entails and then gives sensible steps to improve that area in your life. I will be adding this book as a regular listen during my morning routine.

Just flipping through this book will make the list

Just flipping through this book will make the listener a little more positive. The colors, formatting, and graphics are cheerful to match the message of the book. It's a nice size book, not too wordy or long to make it overwhelming, but short concise chapters filled with ideas, strategies, methods, solutions, and advice to help listeners actively think more about self-care.

Best Book Ever. Recommended!

Self-Help brings to mind many ideas. Many people think it's eating right, exercise, and get an adequate amount of rest. Self-Help is really more than that. Everyone needs this book!

An easy to use guide for positive meditation and visualization to make changes in your personal life by helping you take charge of how you spend each day. That by changing the way you think about your life and your outlook you can gain inner peace and relaxation. The way it teaches the lessons is simple and straightforward easy to follow. I really enjoyed listening to this and I am looking forward to practicing these exercises on a daily basis.
