Ready to live freely!

I am transgender – as you can imagine, transitioning itself was difficult, let alone adjusting to my new life. My family was supportive, thankfully. They purchased this audiobook for me, as they knew I was struggling with my depression. I instantly started to listen to this audiobook, as I was desperate for any help in terms of confidence, self-love, taking care of myself… anything. I have to say that Judith Coleman did an outstanding job on this audiobook, plus the narrator is an absolute pleasure to listen to. Thanks to Coleman, I am a much stronger woman. I am ready to live my life freely and with full confidence in myself!

Excellent

I purchased this to listen to pass the time and learn something new and possibly useful in becoming a more confident woman. I wasn't aware of just how helpful the content there would be; I was not disappointed at all. The narrator does an excellent job in both their pace of speech, and their voice is pleasant to the ears.

The narration was horrible

The narrators voice made me zone out. I couldn’t focus on what she was saying because of how she was pronouncing most of the words. It just sounded like whomp whomp whomp after a while and I couldn't stand to make it through Chapter 2.

Unique and helpful

Nothing is going to do itself for you - you need to make a conscious effort to help your brain overcome its obstacles on your road to success. This audiobook is an excellent means to start it all off – I would recommend listening to it and then re-listening to the parts that will help you the most! For me, it was definitely the chapter called "Ways to Start with Self-Love and Self-Care." It really helped me realize how vital caring for and loving yourself is. I am thankful to the author and narrator for such a unique and helpful audiobook!

How to live freely?

I am not going to lie. I purchased this as this one bloke who was curious. Do not judge me, ladies – you are complex to us! When I noticed this audiobook included a chapter titled “How to Live Freely?” I was even more sold than when I read the title (I mean, come on – a “self-love bible for women” sounds cool). This book is absolutely filled with practical advice for ladies to use in order to get more confident and start loving themselves. It also talks about dealing with stress and anxiety, which is very useful. Anyway, now that I tried and tested this, time to give this to my wife. Cheers!

Really motivating!

Honestly, I did not think that a self-help audiobook could do anything to change one's lack of social skills. Well, it turns out that I was wrong. While only listening to it and not acting upon what you listen to may not do much, it shouldn't be a problem with this book - it motivates you to work. Not only can you improve your general outlook on life, but you can also change any 'bad' habits you have, such as overthinking, thinking negatively, and giving in to your anxiety. All that is needed is knowledge and motivation, both of which the audiobook provides! I am thrilled with my purchase, and to be honest, I have not felt this confident in a long time.

Quality advice for ladies

First of all, this is a high-quality audiobook for all ladies needing to love themselves. This self-help guide by Judith Coleman is guaranteed to help you (or whoever the audiobook is for) improve. For me, the most useful chapters were “Practice Self-Love and Self-Care” and “How to Improve Your Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence.” There is a lot of struggle in today’s world when it comes to negativity, depression, etc., that books like that are much needed. This author, in particular, has a very good way of explaining the various concepts as well as giving easy-to-follow advice and tips throughout her book. I have listened to all chapters many times and did not find one thing that was not useful. I highly encourage you to try it out or get it for your gal pal who is struggling.

Thorough and well-researched

The one thing you notice straight away when you dive into this audiobook is how well researched and thorough it is throughout. I was very impressed with the many backed examples, definitions, and explanations, especially regarding hypnosis. The author made sure to highlight the importance of self-care as well as the various ways in which you can develop and keep it up. There is no beating around the bush – she talks about the concepts and methods that will help you get more positive, self-confident, as well as get rid of your anxiety. Whether you want help, research material, or even a casual listen, it is a brilliant audiobook.

I recommend getting this audiobook if you want to take control of your life back. The author, Judith Coleman, did not mess around when she named her audiobook the “self-love bible.” It will open your eyes to the possibilities and opportunities standing in front of you and teach you that you can improve a lot. Confidence, motivation, positivity – whatever you need to work on, Coleman has advice and strategies. This self-help audiobook will help you grow and mature by teaching you to understand your own emotions and nature and by helping you to master your self-care and self-belief. That is precisely why I give this terrific book a 5/5.

One of my favorites

I am not an overly confident person, but I am getting more and more so after listening to the self-confidence and self-esteem chapters. I feel like this audiobook is ideal for women who want to improve in various areas compared to one. So whether you want to finally learn to love yourself, get confident, or be more positive, this author has something for everyone. Judith Coleman is my new go-to author for sure! I have reflected on how much this audiobook alone has changed my perspective on life and, well, my life itself – I just had to come back and leave a review (I do not normally do that for some reason, lol). Thanks so much, Miss Coleman – you are a lifesaver.

Boosts your confidence

I was possibly the least confident gal in my friend group, with non-existent self-esteem. The “How to Improve your Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence” chapter is brilliant at helping you understand your worth, as well as what thinking patterns to get rid of. I enjoyed listening to all chapters, but this one was definitely the most needed.

A whole new experience

I did not realize how difficult it was to be a mother until my teenage daughter came to me with tears in her eyes, saying she hates herself. Finally, after long hours of talking and researching, I got this audiobook. I suggested we listen to it together, so we can also talk about her feelings and bond. From what I have noticed, it has helped her quite a lot – she seems much more cheerful and confident in herself. Thanks so much to Miss Judith Coleman and the narrator for their incredible work. I will definitely keep an eye out for more audiobooks by this fantastic lady!

Self-love is key

Do not worry if you are struggling with the idea of loving yourself – you can do it, and this audiobook is proof of that! This fantastic piece contains everything a lady may need and more! I recommend noting which chapters help you the most and return to them – consistency is important with self-help guides! I especially love the chapters to do with self-care. So few women really take the time for themselves and take care of their needs properly these days! That is why I hope this guide by Judith Coleman will reach all the ladies out there that need the help – it is brilliant!

Learn to love yourself

Plenty of tips and strategies

This audiobook by Miss Coleman is packed full of invaluable knowledge, advice, tips, and strategies. The chapters are all interesting to listen to, as well as incredibly helpful. The chapter regarding managing anxiety is the most useful for me since I struggle with social phobia. Overall, there is nothing not to like about this book!

Easy to understand

However, the author, having an amazing way with words, managed to not only make them easy to understand but really fun at the same time. Provides amazing advice

This author is terrific at providing advice that is easy to apply to daily life and works well. Since purchasing, I have gone through all chapters provided within this audiobook many times, and I cannot doubt their effectiveness. If you have any doubts yourself – I can attest to the brilliant quality of this book and assure you it works like a dream. It is definitely worth trying for yourself.
