Really great audiobook!

This gave me the full package of what I was looking for. Meditations, affirmations, hypnoses, and the biggest thing it did for me is giving me the perspective to STOP being so hard on myself.

Elena and Brandy have more books in their self-love series and will definitely be starting the next one this week! Listening to this book was just comforting to me and overall I just loved it :)

Worthy listen

I named this book my book of assurances because every statement validated what my internal intuition was saying me. I always knew myself worth, what I wanted and what I would not accept but this book is teaching me how to convey it to others by loving myself enough to set limits.

Excellent Book!

I call this book my book of confirmations because every affirmation confirmed what my inner intuition was telling me. I always knew myself worth, what I wanted and what I would not tolerate but this book is teaching me how to express it to others by loving myself enough to set boundaries and demand my respect
