Powerful book

This is not just a book of affirmations. It's a book that helps you understand the power you possess to change the world around you. Simple. Lol. It's both go the step-by-step ways to make personal changes, but it does it in a compassionate way. Great listen. Excellent narrator too. Bravo.

Get this book!

I had never heard of NLP before stumbling across this book, and I am so glad I found it. It has been so interesting to learn about and implement! There are step by step techniques included to better yourself and your habits. Although this is my first book about this topic, it feels very well researched and the chapters are well organized. Highly recommend! The narration sounds great too.

Very inspiring audiobook

I'm strong believer that if you want to reach your full potential - you have to get rid of bad habits and to establish better ones. And this book exactly teaches how to do that in a simple way. The most I liked true-to-life examples and strategies to remove triggers.

Excellent NLP training

This is not my first book on the subject, as I've been researching this strategy for improving my performance for while now. This particular book is excellent source for information if NLP is of particular interest to you. It covers everything from the basics on what exactly NLP encompass, through actual practical techniques like anchoring and language/mind patterns, value elicitation and pacing. Incredible research and excellent organization of the material.
Narrator was also good.
I highly recommend this very practical, actionable introduction into NLP.

Even if you know NLP it is a great listen

As an NLP Master Practitioner taking some new NLP audio and impressing
me takes some effort.

It's a great audiobook in many ways.

 In my experience, I read a lot of NLP and listen to a lot of it, but
this author has done a fantastic job of combining some excellent and
helpful techniques.

This audio is great to listen to if you have bad habits.

If you do it the way everyone tells you, breaking bad habits will
require an astounding amount of willpower, but this book explains how
to break them with NLP, which is both intriguing and compelling.

Even as an experienced NLP guy, I was learning as I went. So even if
you know lots of NLP, this will build on your knowledge.

There's much good information here. You can use NLP in all areas of
life, and it's proven repeatedly. However, you can't beat NLP when it
comes to habits.

Using this book, you'll learn how to develop your mind productively.

There's much great advice in this audiobook about dealing with some
health issues emotionally and how to take steps that will help.

It is a keeper!

Now this is powerful!

It takes an unreal amount of willpower to break bad habits the way the world tells you, but this book explains how to work through your habits with NLP, which is absolutely interesting and effective. The information is clear and well presented. The power of NLP has been proved over and over again, and it can be used in different areas of life. When it comes to habits, NLP is the best tool/methodology. I would dare to say this is the best book out there about habits!

Fascinating

Now I understand!

As someone who excels at forgiving myself, I am terrible about breaking habits. I have heard so much recently about NLP and as I was gifted this audio book, I finally took a listen and am so glad that I did!
