Publisher's Summary

Are you stuck in a relationship that you suspect is toxic? Is your partner showing signs that they may be a narcissist or struggling with codependency?

If you have answered "yes" to either of these questions, then you may be trapped in an unhealthy relationship.

Should I Stay or Should I Go is the last installment in a 10-book series that takes on the difficult task of demystifying codependent, narcissistic, or otherwise abusive behavior.

Learn to arm yourself against this abuse. Learn how to deflect their words and make yourself an unappealing target. Learn to see the patterns in behavior that used to look like pure chaos. Techniques exist that will allow you to mitigate the damage that is being caused by your significant other.

In this audiobook, you will:

  • Identify different types of abuse, detailed from the perspective of the victim so that the listener can easily identify the best way out
  • Discover all the ways that your partner has been secretly controlling your life and the motivations behind this abuse
  • Uncover exactly what they want from you and the lengths that they will go to meet these desires
  • Learn about the ways that you can begin to heal your confidence by authoring your future and the person that you will become
  • Brace yourself for smear campaigns and stay one step ahead of the abuser when the separation is complete
  • Mend your heart and begin your healing journey
  • Address the trauma within yourself that makes you easy prey for abusive partners and break this cycle

The most important information covered by this book is how to leave. This is an incredible cookbook

I’ve listen a lot about this disorder trying to piece together what was happening to my life. This is comprehensively the BEST resource I’ve come across on my journey. If there’s one audiobook you listen let it be this one.

Fantastic audiobook

I would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to make this decision, as it will leave you with a clear decision after having listen it. I have always been a fan of the insight of Dr. Phil and am now equally a fan of Lundy Bancroft.

This audiobook was incredibly

I had already decided to leave my marriage, but I had some nagging doubts until I listen this audiobook. Not only did this audiobook help me see that my marriage truly was emotionally abusive, it helped me begin my recovery afterward.

Love it

I am so grateful for this information! The audiobook was interesting and well organized. Though painful at times, the writing exercises helped me to figure out what was really going on with us both. I am no longer in the dark and confused about the way he treats me. Thank you!
