Publisher's Summary

My billionaire boss needs me to do something absolutely crazy.

He wants me to pretend we’re engaged.

But I can’t say no, or he’ll lose his daughter and I’ll lose my job.

Fine then. I’ll wear his stupid ring. I’ll be the perfect fiancée for one month.

There’s only one problem. I don’t want to stop pretending.

Housekeeper for a stunningly handsome, male-model billionaire? Yep, that’s my job and it’s as dreamy as it sounds. I get to live in his ridiculously huge mansion, and all I have to do is take care of his mom and daughter, who are practically family. To top it off, the notoriously bossy Mr. King has been away for business since I started.

But he came home today.

Liam King looks like he stepped out of a GQ magazine, and the way he undresses me with his eyes should be illegal. He ignites my body. Every part of it. But It doesn’t matter how tempting he is. I can’t have him.

I can’t risk my job. Even if a guy like him was actually interested in a twenty-two year old virgin like me, I can’t give in. I’ve been in enough relationships to know how they all end: disaster. And if I lose my job, I lose the closest thing to a family I’ve had since my mother passed.

But a fake engagement doesn't really count as a relationship… Right?

**This is a full-length, standalone fake marriage romance. No cheating or cliffhangers, and as always, Happily Ever After guaranteed.

Great book

A little slow in the beginning, but it did grab my interest and I found it to be very enjoyable.

Don’t waste your credit !!!

A very unrealistic story, it makes me wonder how this author has even come up with such a story line. It’s sad how this can be published. I feel like the author insulted my judgement. Can we stop with the billionaire plot already? A billionaire with a huge estate who lives like a middle class. No mention of servants, or at least someone who answers the door or stop a stranger from getting into his house. It’s an unbelievable plot. If I have to mention everything, I’ll waste my time. Take my word for it, this book is a total waste of time.

Hmmmm.

If you want to listen to a story that is true fantasy than this is right up your alley. I wish the author would have really done some research since all of it was not believably at all. From how a billionaire would deal with complex issues legally and so on. How law enforcement works etc. Also how is someone so smart some how so clueless on basic common sense. While this is great for some this just wasn't for me.

The narrators for fine but since I can't stand the story they couldn't save it for me but that is on the author.

Story was good but not my favorite

Honestly I did not care for the female narrator’s voice and towards the end both narrators got the chapters messed up. Other than that it was okay.

A pure flight of fantasy

Just a little effort spent on research would have made this story decent. In a world where custody is decided by jury trial and detectives investigate nothing, a man and a woman do some stuff

Ridiculous

Since when are custody cases a jury trial? Also, when the ex-boyfriend keeps coming around and going after Aubrey it make no sense that they didn’t contact the police and get a restraining order. For such a “smart” man he sure is an idiot. 1st half is ok but then the book goes down hill. Don’t bother.

So far fetched.

The interactions with police, cps, in the courtroom, diabolical exes is so BS and ridiculous I could barely finish it. The narration is pretty good.

A little far fetched... in many ways

it was OK to pass the time but too much unrealistic details.

so the ex boyfriend and the social worker happen to be in just the right places each time. the police don't believe them and accuse them of lying. the mom and daughter hate everyone but her. no one does a house check to the ex wife.

this is a great work of fiction. meaning most of it would never happen. ok if you are wanting a fairy tale, but I like some realistic details in my stories.

very weakly written in my opinion.

female narrator needs work.

female narrator is choppy and the inflections need improvement. Male narrator is very good.

Awful

The narrators voices made me cringe and the story itself was just poorly done. Sad I wasted a credit on this story.
