Fabulous book

I bought this with the sirt food diet book. In my first week, I selected meals from both books but mainly from this one. Easy to follow recipes and I am sure I will be using this book a lot.

Informative tips

Very pleased with this book. Lots of interesting recipes to add to the repertoire of SIRT friendly cooking. Can't say that there's any overlap with the original book either in terms of the recipes.
