Making steady progress towards a long desired goal always gives one a sense of pride - and with this book, you'll strive towards healthy in no time. It's an achievable goal; trust me. My outlook is happier

Many improvements have taken place in my life ever since I got a copy of the "Sirtfood Diet Cookbook." My outlook is happier, and my family and friends have taken notice. There are always pros and cons to every approach to dieting - but honestly, I'd be hard-pressed to find a single "con" in this guide. My only regret is that I hadn't bought this book sooner! Takes you all the way

Be prepared for spiritual awakening when you grab hold of this fabulous guide and start adapting its teachings; it takes you all the way. It came down to a thought session I had with myself, where I debated which diet path I should take. I'd considered several already when a dear friend of mine gave me some great advice and told me to look into "Sirtfood Diet Cookbook." It was a match made in heaven from the start, a smart blend of food I enjoy with the means to prepare it in a diet-friendly fashion. Such a happy ending to a long story of guilty pleasures.

Informative guidebook

My next-door neighbor told me about this wonderful manual recently, and I have come to regard it as an informative guidebook. They say that great advice comes from great people, and between my neighbor and the author of this book, there were two people who I have great respect for. I'm still intrigued by the multitude of options one has when considering the meals, the education, and the benefits of using this guide. We've all seen so many different diet books come and go over the years, but this one is one that you'll be grateful that you held out for.
